The 2nd bedroom hosts 2 comfy full size beds, 32" flat screen television, ceiling fan, dresser, and closet for all of your hanging apparel. The 3rd bedroom hosts a cozy queen size bed, dresser, television, ceiling fan, and closet. Enjoy a FREE WiFi INTERNET connection in the unit and in the Lobby!

The living area in this unit is incredibly welcoming and comfortable. In the living area you will enjoy a large sunbrella sofa(non-sleeper), 2 well sized comfy chairs, 1 beanbag seat/foot stool, large coffee table great for board games, 42" flat screen HDTV with DVD player and cable, floor lamps, and ceiling fan. The Gulf front dining area includes a large wooden table with 6 wooden chairs and a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with, but not limited to: refrigerator with ice maker, oven/range combo, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, sink, coffee maker, durable cookware, bake ware, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, cooking utensils, and serving utensils. * Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay.

Final payment (balance due after Initial Reservation Payment has been paid) is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment may be made by MasterCard, VISA, or Discover. Final payment may also be paid by cashier's check, money order or certified funds (if received 30 days prior to arrival). Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card.
