Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.

6. You will receive a link to pre-purchase parking passes one week prior to arrival, or you may purchase them at the front desk (limit of 2).

Good location with easy access to many amenities. Smooth check-in process and communication with host was excellent. Smaller master bath, but all other spaces were very comfortable.

We had an awesome time. Plenty of room and clean. The only negative part of trip was parking. But we managed.

Phoenix VI guests are also permitted to use an adjacent overflow lot at Phoenix VII when needed, which provides an additional parking option during those busier times. View was amazing. Condo is well located near everything. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning works great. The whole facility was well taken care of and clean. The carts in the lobby are convenient to bring up/take down groceries and luggage. In door and out door pools were nice. The outdoor furniture on the deck could be more comfortable…

We were doing so well until we got to the patio furniture! Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed relaxing on the beach for a few days. Also liked the central location to restaurants. Check in was easy.

Week stay

Great property with easy checking in/out process. Felt clean and well kept. We definitely enjoyed the spacious balcony and living room.

Wonderful little condo!!

We had the best time, easy check in and check out. Parking at the condo. The elevators worked great. This place is conveniently located to everything you would need. Would absolutely stay here again and again and again !!

Vacay

Great location! Easy access to everywhere, beach staff was amazing and so helpful! We loved watching the boats come in and out of the marina and seen dolphins out the windows almost every morning! Only draw back never enough hot water for everyone to shower after a Long Beach day!

Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our condo and it is right on the beach! It was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Our stay here was incredible! The check in process was super easy and seamless. They sent us an email/text for parking passes 1-2 days early so we were able to get that squared away before we got there. The beach view from the room was incredible and unobstructed. We never needed to reach out for maintenance problems, but they made sure to give us all the information we needed in case we did need them for anything. I think our only complaint for our stay was the beds. The mattresses were quite uncomfortable and hard which made it hard to relax at the end of the day. I also wish they allowed more parking passes. For a room that sleeps 9-10 people, only allowing 2 parking passes is a little hard to coordinate (although this is not a renter problem. They don’t have control over that). Overall, I would recommend this place to stay!

Great stay, only things I could see improvement on is there was left over coffee grounds in the machine which wasn’t a big deal I cleaned the machine and still fixed a cup. Floors weren’t visibly dirty but the end of the first day oh socks were very discolored maybe needed to be cleaned a little better. Which was why the overall 3 for cleanliness. Great location, we could walk and get ice cream and were close to many restaurants. Beach access was great, pools clean, grills on site, beautiful view. Would stay here again!

Great beach front property.

Beautiful view of the gulf and beach from this property. Over all this was a great place to stay and we would return. I only have 2 suggestions for improvement. There were plenty of extra pillows but no pillows cases to put on them. Also the master bedroom bed and one of the beds in 2 bed bedroom squeaked every time you moved. If these things were fixed this place would be absolutely perfect.

Great condo

Only negative thing is the master bath shower needs work. No water pressure. No tissue holder. Also just had regular coffee maker. Not one for K cups.

Great location, but condo needs updates/improvement

The location is great, along with beaches nearby. Everything is in close proximity The condo building and unit itself needs some updates. Based on pictures online we expected more. The furniture was falling apart (kitchen table, locks on doors, screen door for deck entrance ripped apart, shower in second bath was not easy to use, and the couch was broken down and cushions continually coming out-not comfortable) The cleanliness could have been better as well. We found dirty dishes in cupboards and bathrooms weren’t throughly cleaned. Plus, dishwasher didn’t work on normal cycle. We will visit orange beach again, but will be more selective in our unit of choice. View was great from deck and overall we had a great trip

It was an awesome stay! I wish checking in was at 3. Everyone checks in at 4 and parking was really hard to come by. Definitely couldn’t pull up to unload. However Thank you for allowing us to rent your condo.
