Great house will, well appointed and very clean. Private pool area , was a quiet and very relaxing. Close enough to all necessities for a great vacation. Perfect for a couple or small family.

Beautiful home with a completely scenic backyard! I enjoyed my time here very much! The only thing that was a little bit annoying was that the pool lights didn’t work and neither did the outdoor TV, other than that it was a perfect stay.

Fun stay for a Family vaca

Beautiful Spring break retreat!

This was the prettiest backyard of any VRBO I’ve ever stayed at! And it had everything we needed to feel at home, including beach chairs, a cooler, and fishing gear! My kids caught a sting ray and tons of other fish. The heated pool was wonderful and Palmetto is conveniently located to access so many places!

Quiet and peaceful...

If you are looking for a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of the beaches, this spot is perfect for you and your family! The pool is refreshing after a day at the beach, and you can also watch movies as you soak in the jacuzzi.

The perfect vacation

The house was beautiful and spacious. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us to have our own space at times but also plenty of room to spend time together. The house was beautiful, the location was amazing. It was just what we were looming for in a vacation .

Wonderful Family Home

This home is very beautiful inside and outside. It had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes and pots and pans. The pool and backyard were wonderful. Communication with the property manager was very well done. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the house. The kids stayed busy with the pool and fishing from the dock. There was a nice patio area next to the pool so we found ourselves outside most of the time. We even saw some dolphins and manatees swim by the dock!

Very clean, very cute home!

This property is one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever been in! And the decor is beautiful! It’s great that there are two master bedrooms. They also have a bathroom right by the pool which is very convenient. We saw several dolphins right by the boat dock. Would definitely stay here again!

This home is beautiful and so clean! The kitchen was super well stocked with plenty of utensils, 2 sets of dishes, glasses and silverware and pretty much everything you could possibly need. Theparking was very convenient with spaces in front of the garage and another to the left. The small neighborhood was lovely and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and the convenience of the grocery store, pharmacies and restaurants. We were able to get to parks and trails, St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach easily. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Boat Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and clean. The proximity to the public boat ramp and sandbars was fantastic. Parking was great for the truck and trailer. The nearby Publix was great for stocking up on groceries. The only thing we wish we had was a fridge downstairs. As someone who needs to work even on vacation the internet was a little slow so I would suggest taking a reliable hot spot.

Thank you for the wonderful review. We stopped by the home and did a internet speed test in several different parts of the home. The internet download speed ranged from 182 MB/s to 331 MB/s. The internet speeds could have possibly been improved with an equipment reset during stay.

Family Stay

We loved the outdoor area with the pool so much! Need to treat for mosquitoes so people can enjoy it at night too. We got so many bug bites:( The beds were also very hard. Other than that the beach gear was amazing to have on site, great stocked kitchen for cooking. Grocery store and a cute little coffee shop right down the road. Very convenient location if staying in the area.

Nice early December 2024 stay

Property is in a nice neighborhood in Palmetto. House layout was nice and furnished well. No red.tide at this location. Enjoyed the outside jacuzzi, pool, & dock. Unable to use the Jacuzzi tub in the master bath for the week. Some of the kitchen cabinets were musty. Bring shampoo, soap, etc. Will definitely consider renting this property again.

Don't miss the opportunity to stay at the Moorings! What a great time. Beautiful home with all the bells and whistles! Kudos to the owners for doing such a great job! We very much appreciated our home away from home and would love to come back! My son and I were on an extended vacation when we found the Moorings. Wonderful pool, and the entire patio area. We had a few friends over to spend the afternoon with us. Excellent home to just chill, or entertain in! Thank you again, we look forward to staying with you again! Great place to stay

The place was great. As nice as advertised on quiet street. It was a nice place to relax after a long day on the beach. We did some fishing on the dock. If i had to pick something to complain about, it would be the downstairs bedroom mattress. It was VERY firm. Upstairs matress was quite comfortable. Also be prepared for mosquitos. It wasnt a big problem for us, however. Citronella candle and spray outside and wasn't too bad.

Great home & backyard

Home was as pictured and backyard was a tropical oasis. Enjoyed ourselves so much. Home does have some maintenance issues which have been reported to PM (some kitchen cabinets doors falling off, loose pool tiles, plumbing issues reported in upstairs hall bath & sewage smell a few times in downstairs shower). Also, had trouble operating TVs but Alex was super nice & quick to help. Surprised that Neighborhood is mostly lower income except for waterfront homes. Even with the issues above, the trip was very enjoyable especially being on the beautiful canal & having an incredible outdoor area to enjoy. Home is spacious and furnished nicely for indoor enjoyment as well.

Thank you for the review and sharing the maintenance items with us. We unfortunately were not able to recreate the sewage smell in the downstairs bathroom, but this may be related to the City's sewer system, which with lots of rain and so close to the water could potentially at times cause an odor due to drainage.

Spring Training Trip

The house is absolutely beautiful and the back yard oasis balances both views and privacy. Don’t let the lovely foliage fool you, there is plenty of sun out there. The location was a great starting point for places we were going which was everywhere and every direction. If there are any visitors that have difficulty getting around, please know this is a split floor plan with stairs to get in the front door as well. It did not affect our group at all but worth mentioning. Some days when traffic was a struggle getting over the bridge to Bradenton etc, and we did not want to head to Anna Maria Island, we stayed in the back yard oasis and felt just as relaxed. Short drive to park and walk the bridge and boardwalk. One of our neighbors even had a boat docked that is from where we are from. What a small world! I would absolutely book this place again.

Repeat Stay

Our favorite rental after years of vacations in Florida. We visit our family here several times a year, it is always the first place I check and have changed our travel dates if I see an open week.
