Wonderful time at Dewey Beach! Nice location, with a short walk to Dewey beach, and short drive to peaceful Keybox beach. Also, there are nice beach restaurants close by. Communication with host, check in/out instructions, and parking were all fine. Unit was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the views of the bay from the balcony. The condo unit was pet-friendly. Our dog loved his trip to beach. Overall, it was a great trip!!

We were very happy with the appliances, cleanliness, furnishings, and interactions with our host. When we encountered an issue with the air conditioning, she immediately engaged and followed through until resolved. Having owned a rental property at one time, we understand what it takes to manage. Having an elevator and an area for “pet relief” were definitely pluses. The area was exceedingly pet friendly. If there’s a return trip to Dewey Beach in our future, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Amazing hosts, perfect location

Our first time to a DE beach was wonderful, much thanks to this great condo and top notch host! Beyond the clean, spacious accommodations, Jen went above and beyond with personalized notes, snacks, recommendations, and beach supplies for an all around great stay. We’re looking forward to going back and staying longer next time.

Wonderful stay with terrific location!

We had a wonderful stay at Nauti by Nature! It truly felt like home away from home and was clean and ready for our stay with everything we would need! The host was super responsive and check in instructions were easy, and she even had a surprise for us upon arrival! The condo was only a block away from the beach and a short walk from all the restaurants. We would happily stay here again if we find ourselves in the area!

Great communication with the owner who was quite thoughtful leaving a goodie basket and little notes everywhere. Located as close to the Lighthouse and Rusty Rudder as it is, I was surprised at how quiet it was in the evening. Would return.

Nauti-by-nature

This was a convenient property. Right next to the private beach, so our walks with the dogs were nice. Close to restaurants. Had everything we needed. Communication with the host was great! It was very hot when we were there so we did not utilize the balconies but they both had great views of the bay.

Great location, very nice place and Jen is an excellent host. The condo is appointed in a blue beach chic style that is quite comfortable. The condo is at the south end of Dewey beach so it's away from the bars and music but within walking distance of everything (Dewey Beach is probably less than a mile). The condo has a nice bayside sunset view over the Rehobeth Marina and is a block from a very family friendly stretch of beach with a private beach to the south so it's not too croweed. There is a really good breakfast and coffee cafe (Post) about a block away and Nalu is a open air bar/tropical menu tavern that is also a block away. Further north are bars and restaurant and shops, all within walking distance. We came to boat (the Dewey Yacht club is 3 blocks away), go to the beach (1 block), bicycle (Cape Henlopen Park is about 2 miles away and has a 20 mile beautiful set of trails over the marshlands, dunes and through wood) and see a band (Bottle and Cork is a 90 year old venue that has hosted numerous nationally recognized acts and was really fun). Nauti by Nature is a very nice and convenient place to stay. We are definitely considering a repeat sometime.

A slice of paradise at our favorite Delaware beach. We felt like we were at a resort with all the special touches, luxuries and conveniences Jen provided. I won't go into detail because I don't want to ruin the fun surprises to be found! Communication was easy and prompt. I am recovering from a bicycle accident on crutches and a walker so having the pool access around the corner on the 3rd floor was perfect. The fully stocked kitchen and barware is a beautiful and convenient touch, as is all the decor. This is a fabulous condo for 2 adults and a good doggo, we hope to be back.

We had the best time! As soon as we booked Jen was in communication. I shared that we were celebrating my son’s birthday and she had the sweetest little setup for him with treats and a little cake! The location is perfect! Everything is within walking distance. The beach is right across the street. There are beach chairs and toys that you can use. Jen has really thought of everything! The marina is the prettiest view and the walk along the docks is beautiful at sunset. The kids loved the rooftop pool and the views are so pretty! We also loved the views from the balconies!

I ran 5 companies for 45 yrs traveled world wide and never had anyone treat me so badly rude and disrespectful. I was very ill traveled 4 hr to get there and could not get in for 1 and half hr the police helped me get in . and shortly after the host demanded I leave immediately. What a honorable experience because of my nerves I got sicker

We are committed to providing a peaceful, secure, and professional guest experience. All check-in instructions, house rules, and community expectations were clearly communicated and acknowledged by the renter prior to arrival. Unfortunately, this stay required immediate termination due to serious behavioral and safety violations and was done so in a professional manner. Upon arrival, the guest was seen aggressively circling the building and screaming throughout the community, alarming neighbors and prompting a formal HOA nuisance complaint. She then pulled the building’s fire alarm without cause, triggering a full emergency response. Police, fire, EMT and building security were diverted from real public safety duties to address the disruption. Despite already having her keys, the guest made no attempt to contact the host, even though she had received detailed instructions. After gaining access inside, she approached the unit with escalated aggression—swatting, hitting and yelling at the Ring camera and shouting at the host. This guest provided erratic and conflicting explanations including confusion due to medication, wanting immediate attention, and expecting a hotel-style lobby. Her conduct violated house rules, endangered others, and created liability for the property. Action was taken in full alignment with VRBO policy, HOA regulations, and local safety guidance. We remain committed to providing respectful, 5-star stays for all guests.

Our stay at this incredible VRBO was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a stunning, well-maintained property that felt like home—but better. My comments below are not about the condition of the condo but with inconsistencies with communications with the owner regarding the following: Check in/out: I was told that instructions to enter and exit the property were to be given the day prior. I had to inquire and got notice a few hours before check in. Check out time was inconsistent based on the communications during our stay and the evening prior. When the earlier check out time arrived, the owner knocked on the door and was not understanding and not polite about the situation. She seemed annoyed and never even asked about our stay. I felt stressed and rushed upon leaving the property. Secondly, the key to the complex did not work well causing us to check multiple doors and at times using the stairs to enter the condo. Despite me letting the owner know, there was no immediate resolution. She also dismissed the concern when I brought it to her attention again. This was a huge inconvenience considering a key fob could have been provided. The space and condo itself met are needs.

This condo is gorgeous! The perfect location, high end furnishings and wonderfully stocked! Jen was fantastic to work with. Super accommodating and wonderful to communicate with. This place was the perfect place for my family of 4. Highly highly recommend!

This was a great location and stay. The owners were very generous and accommodating. Everything you could need is there and the place was clean. It was great to have a pool right across the hall. Everything in Dewey was within walking distance and just a short drive to Rehoboth. Would definitely recommend!
