A great facility and setting

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is bright, airy, and well appointed (the wonderful cookware deserves a shout out). I would love to give a 5 though the lack of maintenance (kitchen sink leaks at base), an alarm clock which is missing an electric cord, no operable remote controls (most likely batteries) , and poor general cleaning (dust in corners and on counter, a mildewed shower curtain) earn a 4 of 5.

Barefoot Cottage Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cottage is short on kitchenware but long on view! There is not a lot of clutter in this cottage, which makes it very nice for you to have plenty of space for your own personal items. The upgraded thermostat is a big improvement. The "crew" at GTB are all super friendly.

Lake escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is such a cute one bedroom tucked in next to mostly 2 bedroom condos! The water views can’t be beat! Very spacious for a 1 bedroom! Bathroom could use a little refresh, wall paint above shower peeling and toilet seat discolored, but overall loved it!

Perfection

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cannot say enough about the accommodations...from the easy check in/check out to the well stocked kitchen necessities. Parking was the only SLIGHT issue. Apparently our little cul-de-sac was the popular place to be this weekend ;) Tiki Turtle was the place for relaxing drinks and entertainment. Can't say enough about this place.

Lake Lady

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first visit and we loved the resort. Everything was well taken care of and clean. Our unit was nice and well stocked. Our only issue was parking. Our condo was on the 300 loop and all of our neighbors had 2 or 3 vehicles plus golf carts. We often had to park a great distance away and walk to the room. Each house should have one reserved spot. This would be our only complaint and this would make us hesitate before coming again.
