Welcome to Happy Jax! Unwind in Colington Harbour in this newly renovated spacious home. With 3 bedrooms including 1 king and 2 queen beds, guests will feel right at home. This adorable property offers essential amenities like canal front with a dock for crabbing or fishing, basketball courts, tennis courts and kayaks to adventure out on the Albemarle Sound. Fall in love with Kill Devil Hills and enjoy the magic it has to offer tucked away from the crowds in Colington Harbor. Just a short four-mile drive to the oceanfront. Cape Hatteras National Seashore is a 1.5 hour drive down Highway 12 and soak in the beautiful view with the sound and the ocean on both sides separated by the dunes. Take a drive in the opposite direction down 12 and escape the pavement in Corolla, the 4x4 beach where the wild horses run free. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets on the Outerbanks from any view, including the deck of this beauty! Check in is 4:00pm; Check-out is 10:00am. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

What makes Colington Harbour so unique is the quiet and inviting community right on the water, away from the busy crowds on Croatan Highway. For me, personally, it is the neighbors I am surrounded by that will make you feel right at home. Very kind and inviting.
