Whispering Pines

This cozy, 3BR/2BA ranch on a quiet cul-de-sac outside Manteo is perfect for a comfortable summer vacation!Conveniently located to the NC Aquarium & Roanoke Island Festival Park (check hours of operation) and quaint downtown Manteo. 6.4 miles to Nags Head beaches. Wright Bros. National Memorial offers guided tours; OBX beaches are some of the best in the world, with warm water and plenty of sunshine. Book your SUMMER STAY NOW!
The space
The climate is mild and the traffic is light!

Comfortably accommodates 6, with bunk beds a little treat for the young, or the young-at-heart. The nicely-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking your festive meals and treats.

Walk up just a couple concrete steps to the front door. Once inside you enter into the living room. Take the hallway to the left to three bedrooms - one master with on-suite full bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has a bunk-bed set up with two single beds. Hall full bath located at end of hallway. When entering the home if you go to the right you walk thru the living room with two large couches with recliners and TV. Living room blends into the dining room and lastly the kitchen. Outdoor porch is located off the dining room via slider glass door. Located off the kitchen is a washer and dryer for your convenience! Kitchen is outfitted well to be able to make a meal in addition to a K-cup machine!

Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of garage and room above the garage!

Please bring your own beach towels.
One bath towel and one washcloth provided per person.

Nice clean home to stay for a vacation! Check in was easy. The host communicated through out the week making sure if we need anything.

We highly enjoyed our stay at Whispering Pines. It was comfortable, clean, quiet and close to everything we wanted to do. Communication with the host was timely and very helpful. Recommended for anyone looking for a restful getaway in Manteo.

The house was a great fit for our trip traveling with my teenagers and my parents. One bathroom had a handicap toilet making it higher, which was perfect for my parents. It was adequately furnished for light cooking and had plenty of room for us to not only sleep but hang out. It was clean, well kept and stocked with necessary items like hand soap, dishwasher and washer pods. The owner communicated well and check out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Very quiet, at the end of a cul de sac.

We didn't spend a lot of time in the house other than sleeping and showering. It was fine.
