The house features 2 Master Bedrooms - 1 King and 1 Queen Bed . Bedroom 3 has 2 Twin Beds and bedroom 4 has Queen and 1 twin. The loft features a twin daybed with a pop up trundle. Great Room features a Queen Sofa Bed.
2 Large driveways, a private yard, private swimming pool and a 40 ft. long porch greets you as you enter the property. A true beach house, the house is decorated in a comfortable 'beach style' but with all of the amenities you would expect- high speed wireless internet, flat screen Hi Def TV's with cable service, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, as well as everything needed to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
You will find rocking chairs on the front porch and a table and chairs on the back porch. The pool features full privacy with a waterfall and a full compliment of beach items designed to enhance your vacation. 2 Weber Charcoal Grills are available for your use.

We rented this property for over 20 years before purchasing our dream beach home. Our children have many fond memories shared with friends and family in this home. Now, we bring our grandchildren here! It's the perfect family get away. Within walking distance of the beach (5 houses away), shopping and restaurants. You will love it! When not working our full-time careers, we enjoy spending time with our family and friends. Our goal is to make your stay at our house as enjoyable as possible so that you will want to return year after year. We hope you enjoy your time here!

Before we purchased this home, we vacationed in N Forest Beach area for over 20 years. We returned every year and kept renting the same property because of the location to the beach, bike path, shopping, and restaurants. We are grateful to own this gem. We love this house and location and hope after you have visited with us that you will feel the same way.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
The location and layout of our house is what drew us to this property. With your own house and pool you have the privacy of your own yard, yet it is only a one minute walk to the uncrowded beach. Coligny Shopping area is only a 5 minute walk. Our location allows many of our guests to park their car the entire week and either walk or bike to everywhere they need to go. Many of our guests return year after year.
