Excellent location with an incredible view. Great communication and easy check in instructions. You get an assigned parking space which is so nice because you don't have to search for an open spot. The manager was very helpful and showed us around when we arrived. Fantastic beach area overlooking the waves to relax. Also 2 pools to choose from. We enjoyed bbqing every night and watching the waves. 100% will be back here. Highly recommend this condo.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our anniversary. We enjoyed drinking coffee and eating breakfast on the lanai while watching spinner dolphins off the coast. The beds were comfortable and the place had all the amenities we needed, including beach chairs and a cooler for beach excursions. The location could not be beat. We definitely can’t wait to come back to this piece of paradise!

Fantastic Views

We had a lovely stay at Kona Isle. The unit was comfortable and close to town. The views were fantastic and the people from Knutson and associates were quick to respond to any questions or needs that arose. We are definitely considering a return visit in the near future and would book this property again.

a week getaway

The location at the water's edge was perfect. Watching and hearing the waves crash was mesmerizing! The condo was a bit over decorated for our taste and very comfortable.

Beautiful View

This condo had the most beautiful view from the balcony. The pictures we took from the balcony at sunset with the palm trees and the ocean look just like a postcard. The condo is exactly like the pictures. We had a very nice stay.

Nice Stay in Kona

A couple of minor things had to be fixed, and Knutson & Associates immediately responded to our message to arrange for them to be successfully fixed.

PERFECT!

The view is stunning. You can hear the waves while you sleep, it’s so peaceful. You can see dolphins in the distance. The sunsets are indescribable. All the decor was intentional and beautiful. Everything you need was provided. Loved the kitchen, clean and stocked with appliances. Check in was very easy, and communication was great. One of the best Vrbo experiences I ever had. Mahalo!

Perfect Island Vibes Getaway with gorgeous views!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this unit. It was located right on the water and had the perfect ocean view. NOTE: There is no beach access at this property but their is a pool. Overall, the property was well maintained and close to everything; restaurants, shops, beachlets, parks, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. Nice and quite too. For the price you can't beat this gem of a condo, it was a great way to explore Kailua Kona.

Lovely stay with an incredible view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay at Kona Isle. The suite was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was conveniently located near restaurants and beaches (and not too far from downtown Kona) and the ocean view from the lanai was amazing! We even saw a pod of dolphins swimming past on our first day. Everyone we met at the complex was very friendly, and it was great having access to the pool, BBQs, kitchen for cooking our own meals, plus in-suite laundry. We would definitely come back to stay here again (and recommend to friends)!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictured couch is where I slept each night as the mattress on the bed was too firm for me. Many people prefer a firm mattress, I need a softer one. Other than that, the condo was great. We watched the high surf from the condo, saw whales in the distance, walked to dinner in Kona, traded books in the on-site library.

October 2024 stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo's location was excellent. The unit itself could have been cleaner and definitely needed updating. The shower curtain was dirty, the window curtains were also dirty.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous time! The condo was immaculately clean and was well equipped for cooking and beach activities. We found the bed a trifle firm for our liking but we got used to it. The view and sunsets were spectacular, I’ll never tire of the turquoise blue of the ocean with swaying palm trees... The condo was well situated for trips to Kona town, Magic sands beach, Kahalu’u snorkeling, Shaka tacos and Bianello’s pizza. We would not hesitate to recommend the condo to friends!

Unit E23

From beginning to end, the rental experience was easy, the app is a great idea and the Condo itself was lovely! Absolutely wonderful location! The only downfall is no air conditioning, perhaps provide a plug in fan for each room including the bathroom. We will definitely stay in the exact condo again and will be telling all our friends! One more point -Please remember to have water turned on as well as the breakers for hot water, that was the only negative point of our entire stay

Wonderful view of the sunset every night. Close to downtown Kona! My only complaint is the saltwater pool located next door attracted a lot of pot smokers and noise. Everything else was awesome! Watch your invoice though. We rented through VRBO and was given one price and the rental company gave us a different invoice price. It was still worth it! :)
