Beach access: The Terramar Beach access point is a 2-minute drive away.

Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Terramar beach community pool— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the boat launch and marina with the provided keys.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet policy: Pets are not allowed.

Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

This two-story home has a contemporary feel and has plenty of space for your whole group to unwind and spend time together. A plush sofa faces a flatscreen television. Kick back here in the evenings with some snacks and a favorite movie.

The kitchen is fully stocked and conveniently located off the living room. Flip a stack of fluffy banana pancakes in the mornings, or mix a batch of frozen margaritas at happy hour— the kitchen is fully equipped to handle it all.

Down the hallway from the living area, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Additionally there are two more bedrooms equipped with two twin beds and a queen bed respectfully. The hallway is completed with another full bathroom and laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer.

On the ground level, a fourth bedroom that doubles as a hang-out space has a full bed and twin over twin bunk bed. This room is not connected to the main house and sits right off the comfy covered patio. Outside, there’s an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day of fishing or hanging out at the beach. Make sure to bring your fishing gear— there’s great fishing in the canal. And the Terramar Beach access point is a quick 2-minute drive from the home.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- Parties or large gatherings are not permitted at the property.
- We maintain a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, so please avoid obscene language and observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- Appropriate clothing should be worn outside at all times.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets are not allowed
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees or leave doors open while AC is running. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- No jumping or diving off balcony into the canal. Children must be supervised.
-The boat and golf cart are off-limits.
- Please do not enter or use the neighbors' yards.
- Please do not interfere with the property's security cameras.
- Life jackets are highly recommended while kayaking and can be found in the storage bin.
- The downstairs storage room is not accessible to guests; however, the large storage container is available for your use with the same combination as the front door.
- If you intend to use the grill, kindly relocate it from beneath the house prior to usage.
FISHING RULES-
- No fishing from the upstairs decks.
- Avoid bottom fishing at the illuminated areas underwater; hooking the lights may result in damage for which you would be liable. Using a bobber where the line does not reach the lights is ok.
- Kindly refrain from using cast nets at the dock's front; instead, use the side to prevent damaging the lights.
-Do not leave fishing lines in the water overnight, and ensure fishing poles are rinsed off after use.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
