Make yourself at home in this bright and spacious 3-bedroom townhome, where each bedroom comes with its own private bath. You’ll be staying in an unbeatable location—right by Seattle Center and just a short walk to the Space Needle, local cafés, restaurants, and easy transit options. Queen Anne’s charming architecture and vibrant vibe are all right outside your door. Ideal for exploring on foot or bike!

This is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome about 2262 sqft. The house has four levels (including the patio), with a few steps to the entry.
**Floor Plan**
• First Floor: Entry; Living room with smart TV, kitchen, dining. Cooling and heating
• Second Floor: 2 bedrooms, one bedroom w/king bed, an ensuite bath, the other bedroom w/queen bed, an ensuite bath. Heating only. Half bath in the hallway
• Third Floor: Main bedroom with king bed, smart TV, an ensuite bath, and private balcony. Cooling and heating
• Fourth Floor: Patio with outdoor furniture

**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
• Street parking in front of the unit is free for up to 2 hours between 7 AM and 6 PM, but no parking is allowed from 6 PM to 12 AM — be sure to move your car to avoid a ticket.
• The alleyway and garage are narrow. A full-sized SUV will have a few inches of clearance to fit it into the garage. A larger SUV would not be able to fit in there.
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
