Oceanfront at Villamare! Pool and Ocean Views.
The new pool(s) project is complete! The construction includes a complete overhaul of the existing main pool and the construction of a new serenity pool for adults that are looking for quiet. Both pools are equipped with new hot tubs. A new fire pit has been constructed adjacent to the serenity pool.
A significant investment has been made by our community to make this the best pool on the island!!
This condo is under new ownership as of August 2023! The condo overlooks the pool and has beautiful ocean views. Our home features new renovations, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and spacious lounging areas. The new sound-proof sliding doors and floor to ceiling windows provide unfiltered views of the beautiful surroundings.
This first floor unit is only steps away from a short private walk to the beach. The Palmetto Dunes, Pickleball and Tennis Center is within walking distance from Villamare, as well as the beautiful Robert Trent Jones golf courses and the Palmetto Dunes General Store. Hilton Head Outfitters is a short walk down the road as well where they provide bike, kayak, fishing gear rentals and more. This Hilton Head condo is perfect for making wonderful Hilton Head memories with your friends and/or family.

If I could give this condo more than five stars, I absolutely would. I typically don’t leave reviews, but this stay far exceeded our expectations and was truly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in Hilton Head.We absolutely loved everything about the condo. The views, location, pool, beach access, amenities, and the condo itself could not have been better. Everything was comfortable, convenient, and just perfect for our stay.We typically stay in Sea Pines, but decided to try Palmetto Dunes this time, and we’ve definitely found our new go-to area. Being mid-island was ideal and made getting anywhere on Hilton Head so easy. We loved Palmetto Dunes so much that not only would we stay in the area again, but we would also choose this exact unit without hesitation.Communication with the hosts was wonderful from beginning to end. They were extremely kind, responsive, and made everything so easy.It’s rare to find a place that checks every single box, but this one did. We kept saying throughout the trip that we couldn’t imagine finding a better condo or location. We honestly hated to leave and are already looking forward to coming back!

The amazing beach views from the master and living area are wonderful. I loved the location of the condo. It’s a short walk to palmetto dunes tennis and pickleball courts and the general store. The condo was very clean and provided adequate towels, dishwasher and laundry pods. My daughter and I were sad to leave.

Great spot! Amazing spot! Fabulous spot!
Location, location, location. Beautiful, clean condo in a great location. Cant say enough good stuff about this property. We had a great time, watched the sunrise from the balcony, mere steps to the beach. Would recommend and would stay again.

We have been traveling to Hilton Head as a family for 30 years. This is our "happy place" and we would love to share it with you.

After trying every area of Hilton Head, we kept finding ourselves being drawn back to Palmetto Dunes. We like the fact that everything is so close to the building,...the beach, pickleball, golf, restaurants, and that the walking/bike paths connect all areas of PD and shelter cove.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
This unit directly overlooks the pool allowing a resident to feel like they are "at the pool" while sitting on one of two balconies with the comforts of home. The sliders/doors leading to the unit have a high sound transfer coefficient for peace and quiet when you want it. The unit is located on the first (elevated) floor and has two elevator for those with mobility concerns. The end of the hallway leads to a stairwell which leads directly to a secluded beach path.
