The driveway can fit two cars, and there is a short sidewalk leading to the front steps of the porch.

The home is an open floor layout with two bedrooms and one bathroom in the hallway. There is a washer and dryer and shelving with all the amenities you need: laundry detergent, toilet paper, extra sheets, trash bags, a first aid kit, fluffy towels, etc.

There is a back entrance with porch steps leading to the spacious fenced backyard.

You will have two private rooms, a private bath, and shared space of the kitchen and living room, though we travel for work and our rarely home so more than likely you will have the place to yourself. Please note: this is a poorer neighborhood with socially and economically diverse residents, but it is asafe and we’ve never had any issues in all the years we’ve lived here.
