Welcome to Midtown Retreat-Whether for work or leisure this peaceful getaway is located in the city of Hanahan, an up and coming working class neighborhood just minutes from Restaurants, Malls, the Coliseum, Airport, Tanger Outlets, Boeing, Weapons Station. Downtown is 15min away and 20min to the Beaches. This property has private parking, Laundry and outside entertainment area. It is fully equipped with what you'd need to prepare a meal or just relax and have a great time.

This place is a home divided in 3 units, each one have its own private entrance. Perfect for someone looking for a place well located and cozy for a short stay and on the budget.

1st Timers visiting Charleston

Comfy, cozy and CLEAN! We had a great stay and enjoyed our visit to Charleston. Would recommend and stay here again. Location is centrally located. As described in listing. Super host and unit.

Comfortable

We had a nice stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the place was decorated up nicely. The only issue we had was parking. The back parking lot is not designed for bigger vehicles to get back there which we have a four door F150 Lariat. We managed but it was very difficult to get our truck back there. Nothing that would keep us from staying here again, I would just suggest a more compact vehicle.

Great stay!

Property was clean, stocked, and accurately represented in the listing. Communication with host was great. Maybe a little pricy for the area in my opinion. Other than that we had zero issues and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Very clean and just what we needed

The apartment was very well cleaned and stocked for our stay. Perfect space for our group of 4. Appreciated having a private parking area in the back.

This little place was just perfect for our trip. Very clean and nice property. Very easy to get in and out of and not far from all the attractions downtown. We will definitely be booking for our next trip.

Charleston Weekend Getaway

Excellent host and property. Unit was just as described and pictured. About 20 minutes from everything. Great communications with the property owner. Would definitely recommend if you're visiting the area.

Close to Everything

My wife and I loved this property. It was close to Charleston and all of the attractions around Charleston, it took us about 20 minutes to get downtown. The space was very clean and quiet which was perfect for our toddler at night. We highly recommend this stay, thank you!

Multi-Purpose

My parents and daughter stayed here to enjoy a Charleston and attend my sons Naval Graduation. Then after, my folks left and I joined my daughter to attend a concert. The house was in the perfect location to attend all the things we had planned. It was so neat and tidy, just perfect for what we needed it for. We would definitely consider staying here again for the next graduation.

Perfect Charleston stay to visit son at NNPTC

The apartment was immaculate. Nice snacks and Keurig station. Comfortable bed. Nice toiletries. Big TV. Safe, off-street parking. Good location between power school and downtown. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Girls Trip

We had a great time on my bachelorette trip to Charleston and had a great experience with this property. Super close to everything without being in the middle of the city. We appreciated all of the amenities in the apartment and loved the local taco trucks right down the road!

Midtown Retreat is a brand new renovated property. Located in the city of Hanahan, an up and coming neighborhood, extremely centrally located. Just 5 minutes from Charleston International Airport, Major shopping mall, restaurants and more. Downtown and the beaches are just a few minutes away. The locations is very quiet, only two blocks from city hall, fire and police stations.
