Home is beautiful. Access to the beach was close. We took many walks on the beach. The pool was great. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and sunset was amazing and soothing. I truly recommend booking this property as your vacation home.

Super clean and great beach access there is a lot of stairs so be prepared to go up and down a lot the pool and really nice great for toddlers , the garage door is a little funky I stopped working the first time we opened it so we had to manually open it and close it , I will say they probably need to upgrade on kitchen utensils and knifes but all together we had a great time staying in the home !!!! Definitely would stay again

This is a great spot!

Eight of my family members stayed here and we loved it! The location is absolutely perfect. Unlike most condos that you rent, you actually have access to the two car garage at this one which is fantastic! I had a paddle board and a surfboard and we were able to keep them in the garage rather than on the rack on the car. We took advantage of the grilling area one night which was great (although, we needed help firing up the grill - push IN to open the gas line!). We may be back next year. The only thing holding me back is, I want to bring my dog and we can't at this unit.

This is the Second time staying here. I was expecting a very different experience from the first time. Considering the entire unit had been overhauled. Unfortunately a fresh coat of paint did not take away the horrible smell of mold. So much so that we had to wash everything we had taken into the house even if thw items were not dirty. If the smell can be resolved the location is perfect And the beds are soft.

Wonderful location

Ten of us stayed in the condo which is close to the beach and enjoyed the sand, surf and the pool. Nicely furnished.

Here’s a polished version that keeps your honest feedback while improving the flow and readability:Amazing townhouse in an awesome location with absolutely beautiful views! The layout was perfect for our family vacation, and being just steps from the beach made everything so convenient. The views are what sold us on this condo, and they definitely did not disappoint. We especially loved the wraparound porches with comfortable chairs—they were the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee while overlooking the beach.As much as we enjoyed our stay, there are a few things future guests should know. When we arrived, there was a strong chemical odor throughout the condo. For a four-day stay, only one extra trash bag was provided, which wasn’t quite enough. Also, I would avoid using the washer and dryer. They left black marks on three of my husband’s shirts, ruining them.A couple of helpful tips: bring your own pillows if you prefer something more comfortable, and pack an extra blanket if you tend to sleep cold.One feature we really appreciated was that every room had a ceiling fan, plus additional fans available for extra comfort.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed this condo. We’d absolutely consider booking it again in the future!

Family Vacay

This was perfect for our vacation. It is very roomy and comfortable. Loved how close it was to the beach. The kitchen I'd well stocked with pots and pans as well as a crock pot. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice beach house with a view!

The beach house is very spacious with room for everyone. Each balcony you will have a view of the beach and ocean, we loved that! We also loved that it’s a quick and easy walk to the beach! The house is nice and the beds are comfortable which is a huge plus! We will definitely stay here again during our next visit!

North Padre Beach place

The location and views of the water were spectacular. There are balconies on 3 sides of the house . If I came back to North Padre Island I would stay here again.
