This rental has the perfect location for visiting the beach and seeing the sights in St. Augustine! Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and the bed was comfortable! Host is responsive and makes sure that you have everything you need for a great stay. The backyard is a little bit of paradise to come back to after enjoying the beaches.

The home appears to be newly updated, is very clean, and well accommodating for a couples getaway as well as a small group barbecue. We really enjoyed our stay and the host was easy to get in touch with when needed. The neighborhood is close to the beach and part of a small, quiet neighborhood with several restaurant and shop options. We will definitely be staying there again!!!!

We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as pictured—clean, well-maintained, smelled fresh, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood while still being convenient to everything.The host was outstanding - friendly, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. We accidentally left a couple of items behind, and the host reached out right away and kindly offered to mail them back to us, which we really appreciated.We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking this home again in the near future. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

Everything was modern and worked perfectly, AC was nice and cold for hot Florida, being super close to the beach was great. Mini golf area is perfect for kids. Everything about this place was a dream for vacation with friends and kids. We will be back

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway!This home was absolutely stunning—every detail was thoughtfully considered, and nothing was missed. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the beautiful decor and how well-appointed everything was. The short walk to the beach made our days super easy, and the hosts had us completely covered with beach chairs, a wagon, and even an umbrella.The backyard was a total highlight! Between the cozy firepit, fun putt-putt area, grill setup, and all the little extras, it felt like our own private resort. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun stay.We’re already looking forward to rebooking in the future. Highly recommend this gem of a property!

This rental was exactly as described and SUPER CLEAN. We were impressed with how easy check in and out was (only requirements for checkout were to empty trash, which is awesome). The hosts were amazing about communicating and providing information. They included an aerial view of the path to the beach, super useful. I was worried about the walk to the beach but it's very quick. Note that you do have to cross A1A, but we never waited more than 30 seconds for traffic to clear and sometimes cars would even stop to let us through. There are steps on the boardwalk over the dunes, but they weren't too bad - just something of note if you have a lot of stuff to carry or little ones. We just each strapped a beach chair on our back and had each person carry what they wanted to bring. The rental included 4 beach chairs and 3 boogie boards and an umbrella as well as a few beach toys. There are also 4 beach towels. This is super convenient, love that there's less to pack! This is one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in and it was so tastefully decorated. Note that if you have small dogs they may be able to squeeze through the fence.I don't have a single complaint other than I wish there was a normal coffee maker. They do have a keurig and a french press, so we made do. They also include some starter items which was really nice, including coffee pods, teas, creamer and sugars, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. It was expensive, but EVERYTHING is now.
