Rockland Estate boasts 35 private acres of tranquility and fun! The house delivers 6 inviting bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and multiple outdoor hardscaped spots to make catching the sunset an absolute "must-do". Complete with a large built-in fire pit for hanging out! Imagine waking up in this peaceful and enchanting retreat, surrounded by nature's beauty. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
Note: This booking does not allow for private events through our VRBO listing, but we are happy to accomodate your gathering needs. To make use of our incredible event space, please simply send us a direct message. This booking is purely for overnight accomodations utilizing The Manor House at Rockland Estate.

A beautiful, historic house that accomodates a large group. Owners responded quickly to questions and were great throughout our booking and stay. Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness what a great spot in beautiful Western Maryland! The house was spacious and beautiful and the perfect venue for our family gathering.In terms of Amanda, our host, she was the best! When we realized that the coffee maker was broken, Amanda arranged to have another one delivered within hours and ... in the meantime, she had Dunkin Donuts coffee AND a dozen donuts delivered to the house!We were blown away. now, that is some excellent customer service!!!A great experience and we highly recommend Rockland aka the Ninety Thirty Manor House for an enjoyable stay. We will return!!!

Firstly, the hosts were amazing! Communicating with Amanda was seamless, she was incredibly helpful and informative. We had the opportunity to additionally rent the pavilion for a birthday event (which I definitely recommend) and they were able to assist in getting us access to whatever we needed to make the event happen smoothly, from rentals to vendor recommendations.The property itself is just beautiful, especially during golden hour when the sun hits it just right. It was very clean, check in and check out was very straightforward. The kitchen was very well stocked, the fire pit was amazing. Absolutely no complaints. We had a small issue with the water in the kitchen and it was fixed in literally under an hour. They are are here to make your experience great! Loved it!

We could not have asked for a more perfect venue for our Family Celebration of Life. It was in the midst of Winter BUT it worked out perfectly. Communication with the Owners was “second to none”. The house and rooms were immaculate. Been married for almost 50 years but IF I got married again, I would certainly inquire here! Thanks for everything!!

Hosts were great communicators, Smooth check in and check out. Beautiful property! Private location with convenient access from interstate. Lots of space, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, Loved the outdoor firepit! Great kitchen for meals eaten in. Would definitely return to this property.

The host was so accommodating. They responded to any questions we had quickly and made everything such a smooth process. The house is beautiful and very spacious. They provided clean linens and towels. The kitchen was great for cooking meals for our group. The teens enjoyed the fire pit for s’mores and there was plenty of outdoor space to hang out.
