This is the hotel that been recently remodeled to an apartment complex.

The air conditioning unit was really loud, which woke us up once or twice. Otherwise, very worth it for the price of the property, and the beach is a 30 second walk. Would stay again!

The room was clean and there were no pests, I was very pleased about that. The location was right across the street from the beach, and even though we were only able to park one car onsite, there was a parking garage right next to it to use for our other car. The only downside was the very LOUD AC unit. Highly recommend replacing that with a newer in unit cooling system.

The room we booked was to sleep 4, which it did, but the images of the room were deceptive because it’s only one room. It was photographed as though there were two separate areas/rooms. There were four adults in my party, we all slept pretty comfortably for only being full beds. We had some trouble with the door locking, but figured out pretty quickly. The air conditioner was ice cold, which was great, but it was very, very loud. We did not use the pool, there were a lot of kids using it and it was not a relaxed atmosphere. We chose the beach instead. The rental was right across the street with great access; that was definitely a plus. All in all the experience was good. I might book again, but only for two people. It was very cramped with four adults. As for parking. There is one parking placard to hang from your car’s rear view mirror. My son had to park off site. Found out later that they do not tow cars that do not have a placard. Could have saved myself 85 if that info had been made available. The impression we initially got from our check-in instructions was that cars without a placard could be towed. The place wasn’t bad at all, just cramped for four people. It’s in an ideal location and it was a close, short walk to all the shops and restaurants. It was clean and bright, and most comfortable for two people.

I would like to clarify that the listing accurately shows the layout of the unit through the photos and description, allowing guests to know what to expect before booking. Regarding parking, this unit includes one parking space, which is accurately stated in the listing. The parking pass is required because the parking area is managed to ensure each unit receives the number of spaces allocated to it. While additional vehicles must park off-site, I understand your feedback and appreciate you sharing your experience. Thank you again for your feedback. Pool was dirty, but irrelevent since it was a bit too chilly to swim. The room lacked ventilation unless you ran the air con...which the fan portion was fine. The problems began when the compressor kicked on. My suv idles quieter. I addressed it but if anything at all was done, it was simply turned off. I took this as an indication that it was worked on...but nope. Still a idling truck above my head. May be fine if you are drunk and/or passed out, but i was neither of those things. The pull out bed had what appeared to be rust and mildew on the mattress. The keurig was a nice touch...too bad the cord didn't reach any of the nearby outlets. There were holes and scuffs on the walls and multiple past repairs. This isn't newly remodeled...at least not recently. That doesn't bother me much but i figured that it didn't show up in the initial pictures. Im sure im missing something, but i will move on...The good:There is a pool (if it were cleaned)Given the failure with the coffee maker, there is a starbucks across the street. (An expense i wasn't really planning on, but nevertheless...) Yes, you have to cross the street, but people are really good about pedestrians...besides, the traffic wasn't bad at all.There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Several pizza places, several ice cream shops, and several bars. There is the Ripleys circuit just down the street. And in the other direction, there is adventure landing. Everything is priced as if it were top notch.

Thank you for your feedback. The only issue reported during your stay was the AC, and technician was sent promptly and confirmed it was working. You never informed me that the issue persisted, otherwise I would have immediately sent them back. None of the other concerns mentioned in your review were communicated during your stay. I'm always responsive and address issues right away when notified. I'm glad you were able to enjoy the location and nearby attractions.

Very cute little place. I went with my boyfriend and had a great time. Super close to the beach and so much to do within walking distance. Host was super nice and had great communication the whole time. Would definitely stay here again!
