The property was very nice and very clean. It was located near restaurants and also Woodland Lake park where we enjoyed walking our dogs and hiking. Having a fenced in yard off the back deck was also very convenient for us with our dogs. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely consider returning for a stay.

It was a great place. I did not see any mention of a mandatory deposit until we booked and it was added. Very clean, nice home in a quiet neighborhood near Woodland Lake. Great communication. Would stay again and highly recommend!

The house was very nice as were the grounds. One thing that would be appreciated would be more comfortable outdoor furniture. The back and front decks were great for sitting and enjoying the weather, but for the uncomfortable seating. Wonderful set up for pets with a big fenced in back yard. Corn hole and horseshoes for the humans helped pass the down time. And the new appliances made for clean up.

Excellent Cabin !! Our Host was very friendly and accommodating. Super Clean and brand spanking new. We loved the back deck and safe yard for our pups.

Nice place and centrally located to all the fun things to do in Pinetop. There were a few down sides but overall would give it a 5 star. The lava rocks in the back yard were hard on our 25lb dogs (they have small paws) and the neighbors are very close on all sides and behind. Also, if the front porch had railings all around we would have used it (sit out with our dogs not on leash.) It does list 2 queen beds, which is small for hubby n me, so we had to take turns sleeping in the twin bedroom (the other queen was used by our guest.) Overall, it was clean, new construction, and great location.

We love this VRBO, it is a quaint, very cool neighborhood. You can walk to a local music venue that play on Saturday evening. Woodland lake is VERY close as well. It is so QUIET here - just birds and Squirrels. One more thing -- We loved the afternoon rains.

The cabin was exactly as pictured! Everything was lovely and clean. I would definitely stay there again! However, I suggest not getting there at night since there is no light and maps doesn’t drop you off in front of the house. We spent 30 minutes looking for the house. Wish there was an outside light on! Other than that everything was great!

Preception is everything and my perception from the title was a NEW, CUSTOM built home. This is a manufactured home in a community of manufactured homes. Shouldn't this title be changed? It was nicely decorated inside and bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. When I put a pizza in the oven, however, the smoke from the stove set off a fire alarm in the bedroom. It needs to be cleaned. The outdoor patio was nice for morning coffee and its proximity to Woodland Lake allowed for dog walks. I left two days early as soon as my invited guests left. Not as expected!
