The interior of the property was very nice and clean. Robbie was easy to communicate with. The neighborhood wasn’t the nicest, but we didn’t have any issues.

House was darling. Even had a little basket of snacks for us to enjoy. Owner was great too. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall this was a good stay ! The home was clean, and the decor was beautiful! Host had great communication, and even allowed us to check in a bit early. Location wasn’t in the best neighborhood, and we had items stolen from the vehicle the first night there.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m glad you enjoyed the home, its cleanliness, and the communication during your stay. I’m sorry to hear about the items taken from your vehicle. The exterior of the property is fully monitored by surveillance cameras; however, unfortunately, leaving a vehicle unlocked can create an opportunity for theft in any neighborhood. I do wish this had been reported to me during your stay, as I would have been happy to review the surveillance footage, assist with a police report, and work with you regarding reimbursement for the missing items. Guest safety and satisfaction are very important to me, and I’m always available to help when an issue is brought to my attention.

This stay with my family was wonderful. House is amazing, location great to convention center for the archery tournament. I can say all the great features of the home. It really is on top of our return list. Thank you

This guest violated multiple house rules and caused significant damage to the property. They hosted a party with more than 15 people, despite this not being permitted. There was smoking inside or on the property, which left a strong marijuana odor throughout the home and resulted in burn holes in multiple items. During the gathering, an intoxicated individual was carried into the house and vomited throughout the property, requiring extensive cleaning. The total damage exceeded $500. Despite being presented with the damages, the guest refused to reimburse the costs. Based on this experience, I would not host this guest again and cannot recommend them to other hosts.
