Very comfortable and clean. Two refrigerators was awesome. Response great and fast with any concerns. Parking was a little tricky for 4 vehicles especially if two are small trucks. Easy access to beach. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Most disappointed with the outside. So dirty. Could not use the outside chairs or tables. The one king bed was hard as a rock. The inside was clean, but the towel that I opened first to shower had spots/stains all over it.

The house has a great location within walking distance to the beach. The beach was terrific with plenty of space and dog friendly. We enjoyed bike riding on the local trails. The house was very clean, great amenities and a well stocked kitchen. The property write up could do more to share the kitchen amenities like the included dish ware, cookware and cleaning supplies.

The property looked exactly like the pictures and we were not disappointed. It suited our needs perfectly and was in a great location. We had a great time and will book this property again.

Beautiful home in a fantastic location

We loved this property for my husband's birthday! Spacious bedrooms, everyone had their own bathroom, walking distance to Cougar Point Golf Course, Player's Pub and the beach. Large kitchen, great views from the sitting room and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location... close to beach and golf. Roomy and area to grill, too. Perfect rental for a 4 day stay. Wedding was super, too!

Home is a nice size. Many rooms and bathrooms. View of landscaping and golf course is great.

Island and house are great. Well taken care of and looked after.

Family Beach Trip

Quiet and spacious. Plenty of room to spread out. Short walk to the beach. Very comfortable and inviting. Would go back again.

The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was very close to the golf courses, beach, restaurants and shops. We would recommend it to friends and stay again in the future.

Beautiful House

The home was absolutely beautiful and clean. Management was very easy to work with and handled our minor maintenance issues quickly. We would definitely recommend this home and look forward to coming back again!

Spacious - perfect for group

We had a group of 6 stay here for a wedding, and it was perfect. So many great sitting places, large bedrooms and bathrooms. Sauna was a great touch! 2 fridges was also quite helpful. We even had a last minute dog join us - Vacasa was very accommodating. Thanks for a great vacation.

Spacious and comfortable

This house is great for a group of friends or families. Plenty of room to relax, convenient to bike trails and island amenitites. Well-stocked kitchen with new appliances, but dishes and cooking gear are worn out. Bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and provide privacy. Fresh towels provided, bedding was nice.

We enjoyed the location. Extra fridge was a plus. Plenty of bathroom towels. Very clean. Harris Teeter local grocery close. We made a couple of trips to Charleston. Went to Top Golf 3 employees from Orlando location in our group. Beach was close

Great for a family trip!

My family had a great trip! The house was perfect for a family trip. The neighborhood was lovely! My only complaint is that it was not cleaned very well. There was still toothpaste in one of the sinks when we arrived. We had to also keep our luggage zipped go because there were some cockroaches. I would recommend this house for a family trip.
