Your invited to enjoy By the Sea, a spacious newly renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bath house nestled on the magnificent white sandy beach of the Forgotten Coast Shoreline. You will find a humble slice of paradise often referred to as Mayberry on the water. By the Sea offers 2 levels of spacious living with breath taking views of the glistening emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The main level boasts an open floor plan with a fully functional kitchen, dining and living space, full bath, and bedroom. A gas log fireplace is perfect for cool evenings. French doors open onto a spacious balcony with an outdoor dining table to enjoy sunset dinners. The upstairs level offers a master bedroom with a king size bed, French doors opening onto a spacious balcony overlooking the sandy beach and beautiful emerald waters, master bath, two additional bedrooms (one with a King bed, the other with a Queen bed) and an additional full bathroom.

Enjoy magnificent sunsets on the tranquil shoreline from the downstairs social area. A hanging swing, captain chairs, and a gas grill make for a perfect hangout.

Property is Ocean-front and rents SUN - SUN Memorial Day Labor Day (4 night minimum during off season). Free Wi-Fi

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
