Dear Kim, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback regarding your recent stay at our condo. We are pleased to hear that you loved the place and that you found the condo to be as described with stunning views. We are also happy to know that the check-in process was easy for you and that you enjoyed the fact that there were only a few condos on your floor. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the drilling noise due to the construction on the roof of the condo. We understand that this was a disturbance for you, particularly in the early mornings. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. Thank you for recommending our condo, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the near future. If there is anything we can do to make your next stay more comfortable, please do not hesitate to let us know. Best regards, Brett/Robinson Vacation Rentals

Judy: I am happy to see that, overall, you enjoyed your stay here. I double checked your reservation and you did receive a 6 nights for the price of 5 discount. Please come back and see us again.

Thank you so much for your rating! However, it sounds like though it was an overall positive trip, there were still some issues during your stay. We set high standards here at Brett/Robinson, and highly value your choice to vacation with us. Reviews like these help us to adjust and work hard to improve guests' experience. It will be a real pleasure for us to host you in our hotel again. -pm

I am happy you enjoyed the condo. I wish you would have called the service desk to correct the drain problem as you do not need to remain in the condo for repairs to be made. And unfortunately, you missed a terrific fireworks display right next door by only a day. The resort chose to celebrate on July 2. Despite this issue, we hope you left our area with plenty of family memories to last a long, long time.

Thank you for this wonderful review. We are happy that you enjoyed yourself here. The beach and the pools combine to give you everything you need to have a fun and relaxing vacation. Please come back and see us again.

Thank you very much for taking the time to review our property. Your input, and the feedback from all of our guests is vitally important to us and we always want guest expectations to be me. Per your comments, we have forwarded them to the appropriate departments. We hope to see you on your next stay.

Hi there. Thanks for spending Thanksgiving with us at the beach. This is such a great property when it comes to beautiful views. Glad you enjoyed everything. We look forward to seeing you again in the near future.
