It was a wonderful time spent with family the house is on small quant cosy side and yet for the era it is sized perfectly. The location is amazing!!!! One little block from old town you can walk all over old town car doesn't need to leave the driveway .

Great location. House was super clean and so cute. Hosts were super nice and were so quick to respond with any questions we had. Had such a great time with friends will definitely go back!!

This house is in the perfect location for walking around downtown, and very close to the Merkin Winery. Everything was very clean and the host was quick to respond to any questions that I had.

This casita is a jewel, and it was perfect for our stay in Cottonwood. So clean and comfortable, and full of everything you could need - all in great shape from utensils to linens to television to the hot water - and Tahona, our host, was responsive and kind, and made sure all was well for us. It is that rare place that can accommodate several couples, one couple, a family with kids or one person very well. The location could not have been better - one block from dining, a surprising array of shops, amazing wines from local and beyond vineyards, and some nightlife! It is just a quick drive to Jerome, Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon and parks with hiking, picnicking, horse-back riding, kayaking. If your kids love adventure, this is the place. If you love wine tasting, this is the place. And best of all, the neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and family friendly. Our favorite pastime was sitting in the shade of the big tree in the front yard as evening fell, listening to the exotic birds and exchanging greetings with passersby! It was perfect for us and our little dog.

We love to travel and often stay in short term rentals ourselves and enjoy seeing how other hosts share their spaces.
