Absolutely love this place. Close to the bay and the ocean. Clean property and clean pool.

Great place to stay! We would definitely recommend it. We had no issues during our stay, and the location was close to the beach, which was very convenient. Since there were double red flags during our visit and we weren't able to go into the ocean, having access to the pool was a great alternative. We really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We were able to easily entertain the kids without having to leave the property! The pool and property were well maintained and clean. There was also everything we needed to prepare and have family meals while visiting. Communication with the host was easy and she replied promptly! We would love to stay here again in the future!

We had an amazing time at this house! The home itself is absolutely gorgeous—beautifully designed, spotless, and so comfortable. The pool was a total highlight—clean, relaxing, and perfect for both morning swims and evening lounging. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to do, yet peaceful and private.Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We’re already talking about coming back next year! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway in the perfect spot.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hilltop Heaven. The location was perfect for swimming in the gulf or bay. St. Andrew’s State Park was a hit for us (8 a car load). Keep your receipt and use as your day pass to enter/exit as needed. Our family enjoyed the less crowded areas at the park beach, seeing wildlife, relaxing and snorkeling in the bay water near the jetties. For the gulf, Public beach access #11 was across the street from the house. 12A public beach access also had additional parking options. So many great restaurants near Hilltop! We rented a golf cart and cruised for hours. The private pool was just what we needed after a long day or if we wanted to start our morning with a swim. The house was cozy, roomy, clean and the beds were very comfy! The kitchen had what we needed to cook if we didn’t grab food while we were out. Kiddos loved the bunk room with their own tv. Loved that there was a 9:00 “quiet time” for the neighborhood area. Perfect for a good family time. We relaxed, unplugged and are ready for our next visit to Hilltop Heaven. The owner was very quick to respond if we had any questions at all! She made us feel right at home. No complaints from us! Book it!

We had a wonderful stay at Hilltop Heaven! We came to Panama City Beach for the World Series, and this beach house was the perfect place to stay. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed after long days at the ballpark.Communication with the owner was excellent. They were always easy to reach and responded quickly whenever we had questions, making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.We truly enjoyed our stay at Hilltop Heaven and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again!
