Unfortunately, the rental did not meet our expectations. The backyard was not well maintained, with overgrown weeds, garbage in the grass, a broken chair, a dirty outdoor table and the gas grill was dirty.There were also several plumbing issues during our stay. The sinks frequently backed up, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the kitchen sink and dishwasher.Overall, the property could benefit from better maintenance and a thorough cleaning, particularly in the outdoor area and kitchen.

Very Spacious home, in a safe neighborhood not to far away from restaurants and shopping centers. Pool was gorgeous it was just cold out. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for welcoming my family and I.

My family really enjoyed our time in this home. I appreciate the cleanliness of the home and the owner's response time to inquiries was great! Having the pool was the highlight of our trip. If we ever travel back to the Parkville area, we will consider this home again.

Nice place. Street parking which I really don’t count as parking on site. Heat went out last night we were there. Really too late to fix it before we left. Could use more coffee cups, glasses etc.

As we arrived to check in, everything seemed good. But then, when we went to load our food into the refrigerator, we noticed that it was leaking water, so we had to put a towel up against the refrigerator. The best we could find was a dirty one in a closet. This was concerning to us when we were promised clean towels in all the bathrooms, but there were none to be found. When we went to laundry room to look for towels to put under the refrigerator, we found a mount of dirty bed comforters and wet towels on the top of the washing machine. Furthermore, all the trash bins in the bathroom had no trash bags. We then asked the host for clean towels because we needed some for drying ourselves from the pool. They stated that they would bring us clean towels the next morning, but they never did. At that point we just decided to bite the bullet and deal with the issue ourselves. Our reservations was for 3 night and 4 day

We appreciate all feedback to make guests stay enjoyable. All linens in the laundry were actually clean, just not folded. Freshly cleaned dry towels were in the dryer and the cleaner was reminded to have them folded ready in the bathrooms for future renters. We also ordered and delivered fresh brand new towels the next morning with confirmed delivery pictures. Were very sorry that you stated you did not receive them. Thank you for your feedback and we will continue to improve our preparation for guests.

We had a great stay in the Parkville home. We're two families with four small kids between us, and the house and neighborhood had everything we needed. Of course, the pool was fantastic - we spent most of our time outside swimming. The gazebo was lovely for getting out of the sun when needed. Everyone was able to spread out and find a place to sleep or watch TV. The house is close to all amenities you might need.

The house was a nice size but the beds weren’t very comfortable. There weren’t any garbage bags or bath mats (my elderly dad slipped and fell in the smaller bathroom). Also could use more coffee mugs.

Thank you for hosting my family and I. We had a wonderful time. The location and the property is perfect. There was just enough room to accommodate us all comfortably. I honestly thought that with your property being pet friendly that I would be able to smell or see that pets had stayed in the property previously. I appreciate the cleanliness. I would definitely rent your property again. In addition to recommending it to anyone who is looking for rentals in the area. Outside of the little snafu with the batteries/door lock I still would rate a 10 out of 10. Look forward it to using your property again.

The property was exactly as advertised and very comfortable for my stay. It was clean, neat, and organized. The communication with the host was very efficient. I never had to wait terribly long for a response. The host was very accommodating with my questions and made me feel very safe in their property.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. I tried my best to get the pool to your standards had service men come twice within the same weekend and gave you a refund. I hope those would help ease the dissapointment. The pool is very nice now and we thank you for your patience.
