Property needs to supply luggage carts for bags and luggage to and from the condo to parking area. Bring bug spray for the “no see’um’s” also wide brim hat for sun protection. Condo has hard mattress and tub needs refinishing but clean.

Great unit with a wonderful view. Clean and had everything we needed. The beach chairs and bikes were an added bonus.Only concern is the bunk beds. The plan was for our 7 yr old granddaughter to sleep in the top bunk. The mattress was so thick that it was past the top of the safety rail. We thought about putting the couch cushions on the floor in case she rolled off but ended up using the sofa bed. The sofa bed was not very comfortable. But other than the extra beds the rest was great. I would stay here again if I didn't have children with me.

This ocean front unit has a beautiful view and beach access is only a short walk away. Having 2 bikes included with the rental was an added bonus. We rode the beach and around town. Also there were beach chairs and boogie boards. The kitchen has the basics - as with most rentals - it needs a few sharp knives. It has both a coffee maker and keurig. The washer and dryer were a good size and nice to have. There were just 2 of us so adequate room for clothes and suitcases. The unit was clean. It was a basic rental unit - definitely worked for us and we would stay here again.

Great location near shops, restaurants, beach and bike trails. The view from the condo is amazing, and the beach access was great. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The unit can accommodate 4 people, although it is a bit compact. But it's an excellent value overall, We'd stay there again.

Place was dirty, dirty. We were only given 1 trash bag and I roll of toilet paper for a week. There were bugs the last night we stayed coming from kitchen. I have Several pictures of the unit. For the price we were expecting so much better

These supplies are not intended to last for the entirety of a week-long stay, and guests may need to replenish them depending on their needs. The balcony ocean view was fantastic! It was a treat to see the sunrise each morning we were there. The building is older, and the bathroom needs to be updated, but the unit was clean and everything worked. When we arrived, the sliding door to the balcony would not open, but Island Rental fixed it 10 minutes after we called. Excellent onsite maintenance. Overall we had a great stay!

Beautiful view

We had a great time. The view and the location were perfect. The condo was tight for 3 people with all their luggage and stuff but we struggled through. I would definitely remove that extra large coffee table from the living room to open it up a little but no issues.

Convenient

Loved not having to drive. We parked the car the day we arrived and never moved until our departure. Restaurants and shopping all within walking distance made for a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful quiet location

Property is near everything! You don't have to drive anywhere. Groceries, restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. If you want a quiet vacation, Breakers is the place to go. And Security is always helpful if you have any questions.

We had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it.

We loved the great view from the balcony and the central location. When we arrive everything was fresh and clean. The Couch was comfortable, and it appeared to be new. We loved the comfy bed.The kitchen was well equipped. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. Glad we chose this property for our beach break over the Christmas holidays.
