Enjoy your private ocean vista from the terrace of our 3 bedroom 4 bath beachfront villa, right "out front" on the water with a 180 degree view up and down the coast.

Calm Caye Villa is one of five villas located at Caye Villas, a beautifully landscaped beachfront property. The villa is tastefully decorated with our hand-picked collection of Belizean, Guatemalan and African objects and art. The first floor consists of three bedrooms and three in-suite bathrooms. The north bedroom has a fun outdoor shower that can be used for rinsing the salt water off or for showering outside among the plants. Each bedroom as well as the living area is individually air conditioned.

The second level has a large Great Room which includes a comfortable living area combined with a dining room and kitchen. The Great Room is decorated with original paintings, Guatemalen antiques, and African artifacts. The dining area easily accommodates 8 guests for dinner. There are spacious porches off of each floor and the terrace off the Great Room offers a sweeping 180 degree view up and down the coast with enough area for both a hammock and a sitting area. Relax, read, or have lunch while enjoying your oceanfront view.

When you don't feel like cooking you can take a five to ten minute beach walk to two of the island's finest restaurants - Mata Chica and Rojo/Azul Beach Bar. Add the convenience of Mata Grande Grocery directly behind the property, a market offering a wide array of provisions and an outdoor cafe serving lunch and breakfast. A cold beverage or a tasty lunch are 100 yards away.

Two sea kayaks are provided for your use during your stay. Housekeeping service is provided every other day of your stay. Caye Villas provides onsite caretakers as well as night security to make your stay more comfortable!

Calm Caye shares its beautifully landscaped grounds, a 20'x40' fresh water pool with a large stone-tiled lounging deck, an on-site caretaker and nighttime security with four other privately owned villas.
