Hiking, fishing, camping, and trails by the river minutes away. 3 cozy bedrooms including 2 queen beds and 1 full bed, guests will feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer and a bathtub for added convenience. Close to shopping, JBER, and the Eagle River Nature Center. This rental was exceptionally clean within a quiet neighborhood in Eagle River. Conveniently located, close to grocery store & local hiking. Worked out great for our family while visiting our son at JBER. Very polite, helpful and friendly host communication! I would recommend this property for a home away from home!

We had a great stay at Daniel's rental. Check-in was easy and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The house was very clean when we arrived. We were a group of 5 adults staying for almost 2 weeks and all had enough space. Great place to stay near Anchorage.

We had a fabulous stay! The home was clean and inviting. The neighborhood was a perfect location for our needs and it was super quiet. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the house because we were out and about exploring, but the beds were so comfortable for sleeping after a busy day. When we make it back to the Anchorage area, we’ll definitely look into staying here. Daniel is an amazing host and great communicator!

Host was great at communication and the location was excellent for us. It felt safe and removed from the chaos of ANC, but not too far from any thing we wanted to do. Also love the garage!

Great location. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Space accommodated 4 adults and 1 child well. Owner came over and shoveled the 12 inches of snow off the porches and driveway during our stay. He was always very responsive to my questions before and during my stay. I would rent again.

We loved this property. It was such a quiet neighborhood in good proximity to everything we needed. So many little touches that made the place so welcoming. I loved the coffee bar. My son had so much fun with the nerf guns and games. My older daughter was happy to have a room downstairs away from the noise of the younger kid. I would stay again if I were visiting the area, no question!

Best place we stayed in 2025. Safe, quiet neighborhood with a few police neighbors. Great sized house with a downstairs family room functioning as a fourth bedroom if needed. Thoughtful touches everywhere. Plenty of towels, soap, paper towels, dishes, etc. Just far enough from Anchorage to feel safe and separate but close enough for convenient access if desired. All around solid choice and awesome one night experience. Much appreciate the owners. Kind, understanding, and good communicators. Would definitely stay again!!

This is a wonderful house in a quiet residential neighborhood of Eagle River, about 30 minutes from ANC, and very close to JBER. It's close enough to downtown Anchorage to enjoy the attractions, yet it has a real suburban feel. We spotted a moose cow and two calves just down the street.The home is very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. There are puzzles and board games. The host was accommodating, and even provided sample toiletries and such in case you forgot them. We hope to rent this house again on our next trip to visit our soldier son.

We enjoy making the stay feel comfortable and welcoming, so our guests feel true Alaskan hospitality.

Close to the essentials with dining and shopping nearby. The Nature Center is a 10 minute drive up Eagle River Road. Beautiful place!
