Beautiful house! Very clean space. The views are incredible. Very spacious deck was great for hanging out outside. Hot tub was clean. Would definitely come back for another stay!!

We enjoyed our stay. Overall the house was clean and well supplied. Only recommendation would be to spray interior and exterior for spiders and bugs

We had a wonderful experience Beautiful property Thank you Only notes I would leave , is to clearly mark only 1 dog allowed and weight limit. The owner did eventually accommodate, but caused some stress before checkin Also, the contractor to service the hot tub showed up late on afternoon unannounced. Caught us off guard. Overall a 5 star week !

Great property in a lovely community. The weather in Banner Elk is amazing and being in the clouds was magical. The kitchen is great for a large family gathering, and the game room in the basement is wonderful.

Gorgeous home and views!! Perfect, close location to downtown Banner Elk. Host is very nice and fast communication! We wish we stayed longer and will definitely return!

Negatives: The location of this house does require AWD/4WD to access in the winter. There was no mention of this on the listing. We saw multiple cars skidding on the ice and stuck on the road or in a snow embankment leading up to this house and other homes due to the ice on the roads in this neighborhood. We were traveling with another family who had young children and this was extremely stressful for them as they had to abandon the car in the middle of the road and walk up to the home. My other concern is that I specifically booked this house because it mentioned the EV charger in the listing. I also confirmed with the host prior to the stay regarding the EV charger to ensure that we could use it since we were traveling in the winter with our EV and did not want to risk any issues with charging during our stay. The EV charger did not work at all during our stay which added another layer of concern. I did contact the host multiple times regarding this. He indicated that he would have a tech come out (none did). He asked us to reset the EV charger, but there was no reset button on the charger. It was extremely disappointing. We ended up leaving a day early for a 2 day stay because of these concerns. Positives: Nice updated house, has a generator that powers parts of the main level (helpful as we did lose power during the 18 hours we were there).
