Absolutely Amazing!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family booked this property 1 yr. in advance for our daughters graduation from UCSC. The reviews do not do it justice AT ALL!! From the moment we started working with Bailey Property Management we were 100% taken care of! Their communication between us and the owner was seamless, and they even were willing to work with us on getting a full refund if we needed it (Our daughter changed her mind on attending graduation weeks before we were slated to check in!!)She of course, as most parents will understand, changed her mind again and we kept our everything as planned. Bailey Property Management understood the Life Happens and completely understood our situation, offering a full refund if needed. Amazing!!!!! The property is larger than the pictures depict. Our whole family stayed comfortably and thoroughly enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living with an amazing backyard! We walked everywhere from the house (grocery/restaurants/ocean) it's the perfect location in Santa Cruz! Be sure to bring extra TP & paper towels (as they only provide 1 roll). I'd say that would be the biggest feedback; For the price of the stay, i'd expect to not have to supply our own paper products. We will stay here again!!!! Fantastic

Great vacation

This house was a great stay for our visit to Santa Cruz. The location was awesome and convenient, parking was easy, and the bummer of beds accommodated our large group. We especially enjoyed the backyard area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It isn’t easy to find a rental that is handicp accessible. We did need a ramp to get up from family room to kitchen. I came in the house from family room. I couldn’t get into either bathrooms. We had a toilet that we could bring with us. (It folded) We had a whole time. Our family came for a barbecue one night.

Good location, few unexpected issues.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally clean house and very nice and roomy back yard patio with ALOT of seating. We did experience a decent ant issue in the house. At first we would spot them mainly in the bathrooms but a few popped up in the beds. One of our kids dropped some cotton candy in her suitcase so that turned into a pretty big issue. There was no soap or personal amenities as we typically see with vacation rentals but that could have been stated in the details and we just missed it. The kitchen and living room were large and very open. There was no beach items at the house or beach towels but I believe that was mentioned in the house rental details. The location was great and a short drive to the Boardwalk and West Cliff area. The West side is developing quite a bit and there are several small restaurants and brewery's PLUS a new Marianne's ice cream location within walking distance. It was a decent house for a short trip.

Perfect Location

This was an overall very good stay. The location is perfect - a quiet neighborhood but still walkable to the pier, the beach, and a number of restaurants, coffee shops, tasting rooms, and breweries. The kitchen is very well stocked with a great layout for making family meals together. The backyard was a great place for spending time, too. There were a few detractors that aren't deal breakers, but make this a less than five star stay. While the kitchen was well stocked with equipment, nothing else was. This was the only homeshare I've ever stayed that didn't have shower basics. Also, for a beach house, there wasn't any beach equipment. Luckily, a few in our party drove in and were able to bring beach chairs and towels to share, but if everyone had flown we would have been out of luck. We also had to restock the toilet paper ourselves during a short weekend stay. Finally, there were ants, not only in the kitchen, but in the bathrooms and bedrooms. The property managers clearly have notice of this since it's in multiple reviews, but haven't don't anything about it. Check in was fine, but you do have to call to check in and out and I sat on hold a bit waiting for the check in code.

Great House

House is cozy and clean. It was stocked with everything we could have needed and more. Yard is a great hang out, outside shower was super convenient. Check in/out was super easy.

Wonderful house in amazing location

Nice and roomy

The home is quite nice and roomy. The heat was running a program that was set to uncomfortably cold settings. The furniture and bedding took a day and a half to acclimate to our preferences. The floors were ice cold. The outdoor courtyard was beautiful.

Great location / comfortable house

The house was located close to where the wedding took place. We could walk to the ocean. The kitchen living room was wonderful it accommodated all of us.

Westside Walkable Wonder

Perfect location with fantastic layout. Lots of room to settle down even with toddlers. The backyard is nice and clean with lots of seating and an outdoor sink and a good side entrance and outdoor shower. There were some ants during our stay in the bathrooms but they cleared up a bit. The bathrooms are ok, the master shower is a bit tight of a squeeze and could use a fan but the location makes up for it. There is a bathtub for people with kids but there is a glass partition that can make it a bit of a tight squeeze for bathing but it’s doable for a vacation. Super close/ within walking distance to Garfield park for the kids, westcliff for good walks, new leaf for yummy groceries, companion for pastries, Santa Cruz mountain brewery for beers and tacos and cat&cloud for coffee and bites which were all places we had wanted to visit so it was perfect for our trip.

Great location for IM70.3 Santa Cruz

Great experience overall - nice big open plan house / perfect for friends sharing for race event. The dishwasher wasn’t working (flashing errors) and the trash had not been emptied (manager rectified immediately) but otherwise was clean and had most supplies (we almost ran out of toilet paper). TV was great and backyard was very nice and big!

Nice place to stay

We stayed here for 5 days on a family vacation. Me, my husband and two sons (ages 9 & 1) were comfortable here. The backyard was great for relaxing and letting our toddler run around- the living room had plenty of space to hang out and watch a movie, and the kitchen had everything we needed. A few cleanliness issues, but nothing major. A nice place to stay, close to a grocery store, and a short drive to the boardwalk- overall a good experience!

Burial at sea for our parents

The property was almost perfect! The back patio was perfect as well as the open concept living/kitchen area. There were just a couple of cleaning issues that we encountered but other than that it was a delightful stay!

Incredible Patio; Perfect Location

Our stay went very smoothly and we found this house well-equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed wine on the patio, and long walks along West Cliff.

Extremely positive experience

The house is great and on top if that the property management exceeded our expectations. There were a few items left behind and we were contacted by Lisa and offered to send those items back to us. Thank you do much! We appreciate it a lot!
