NEWLY REMODELED 2 BEDROOM 1 BATH COTTAGE THAT ALSO HAS A GREAT FULLY ENCLOSED PORCH LAKEFRONT ON HONEOYE LAKE WITH ALL NEW FURNISHINGS AND ALL NEW DRYWALL , NEWLY TILED BATH AND SHOWER ALONG WITH ALL NEW WOOD LAMINATE FLOORING AND FLAT SCREEN TV. THE PROPERTY IS ALL ONE LEVEL WITH A VERY FLAT LOT THAT IN ON 55 FEET OF BEAUTIFUL HONEOYE LAKE INCLUDING A DOCK FOR YOUR BOAT. THERE IS ALSO A NEW GRILL AND OUTDOOR FURNITURE TO ENJOY THE OUTDOORS AND GREAT VIEWS OF THE SURROUNDING BRISTOL HILLS AND LAKE. THE LAKE IS VERY QUIET AND RESTFUL WITH LITTLE BOAT TRAFFIC AS COMPARED TO THE OTHER FINGER LAKES. THERE ARE ALSO FREE CONCERTS IN THE TOWN GAZEBO ON FRIDAY EVENINGS STARTING IN JULY AS WELL AS A FARMER'S MARKET JUST PRIOR TO THE CONCERTS. FREE NIGHTS FROM 12/15-3/15. Reserve 3 nights and pay for 2 nights . WE ALSO HAVE CENTRAL AIR AND ARE CONNECTED TO THE MUNICIPAL WATER SUPPLY. This place was great. I would definitely go back and stay again. It's a very nice little cottage that was updated and clean. Beautiful view of the lake. We had a great weekend.

Family Annual Cottage Vacation

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful fully stocked cottage. Lots of family visiting throughout the week. Gorgeous weather too!I cannot recommend this place any higher!

Wonderful cottage on Lake Honeoye! The cottage was spotless and quiet. We enjoyed using the kayaks provided. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Cottage on Tranquil Honeoye Lake

We had a most enjoyable stay in a fully updated and well laid out and furnished cottage. A great retreat for a couple. Peaceful setting and quiet neighbourhood.

Great lakeside cottage

Being directly on the water and the enclosed porch are big pluses. Every amenity was provided.

Quiet times

Great location both on water and nearby other attractions. Property and cottage very clean and quiet. Owners very nice as were neighbors 5 stars!

Great Family Getaway!

My husband and I with our two young boys had a great vacation! The cottage was the perfect size, clean and comfortable. The owners on one side and very nice neighbors on the other, made for quiet and comfortable outdoor time as well.

Relaxing adult getaway
