We stayed overnight in Knoxville after a concert at Thompson-Boiling Arena. It’s a perfect place with everything we needed! So beautiful, clean & comfortable!

Great property! Had everything we needed for our brief stay. Very nicely furnished. Quiet neighborhood. Communication was always easy with quick responses. Would definitely stay here again if I need to stay in Knoxville.

Beautiful home in an extremely quiet residential neighborhood near everything. The street guest parking description concerned me at first but in reality it was perfect and always available for our use day and night. It’s a two family unit where you will hear the upstairs residents walk above you with their occasionally barking dogs but that is a minor daytime annoyance that vanishes in the evening and overnight. The unit contains everything you need for a relaxing stay and the pictures accurately reflect this very comfortable upscale property. Our hosts immediately replied to our one inquiry during our amazing stay. We will absolutely stay here again if possible when visiting the area.

Furniture and decor were crazy cute, very up to date; looked newly renovated. Kitchen was complete with everything you might want. We noticed a leak in the ac unit in the kitchen area, reported it and they had a workman out the next morning. It was a bit further away from the UT campus than we had thought though.

The apartment was exactly like the pictures! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a weekend in Knoxville. We also took advantage of the restaurant recommendations. It’s somewhere we would book again!

Outstanding place. We are repeat renters of this unit. Perfect for visiting our son at UT. It’s clean spacious and not very far from campus. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a great stay. Lovely place and the hosts had a lot of nice touches. Our only issue were the barking dogs upstairs early in the morning.
