Perfect place in Cottonwood

Great location, close to Sedona, quiet neighborhood, exactly as described in advertising. Would stay there again.

Great location

The house is in the middle of everything. We loved the floorplan and the well equipped kitchen. The great room was very comfortable.

Clean house, beds comfortable, supplies adequate and access accommodations were great. There was a problem, near the end of our stay, with some ants in the dining room area of which we notified the management. Overall we would use this unit again.

Beautiful home in Cottonwood

This house is in a nice and quiet neighborhood and great location for exploring the area. It was equipped with everything and so easy to check in, plus management was quick to respond with any questions. We enjoyed our stay and and would return again!

Spotless home in Cottonwood

Very conveniently located home. Easy access to Sedona, Jerome, parks/trails and charming downtown Cottonwood. Kitchen was well stocked and new gas grill was great. New appliances and exceptionally clean.

Clean, Neat and Easy

No contact check in made visit very easy. Property is very clean and neat with all the amenities needed for a great visit. Quiet neighborhood with a private back porch and yard added to the enjoyment. Cottonwood has lots offer without the crowds of Sedona

Overall, it’s a lovely home with a nice kitchen.

Overall, it’s a lovely home with a nice kitchen. Quite comfortable for me and my Mom. Nice TV for streaming. Nice yard with a pleasant view out the main windows in living and dining rooms. Very pleasant neighborhood, generally quiet while close to main road with easy access to the community. Beds were comfortable, pillows too thick for me so had to bring my own for sleeping. Most supplies were well stocked, a couple needed more. Daniel is very friendly and helpful.

Lovely, clean, comfortable home in a nice, safe neighborhood

We really enjoyed our time in this home! The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, appliances, paper products and even some condiments/spices. We shopped and cooked nightly and the only kitchen supplies we wished for were a cheese grater and dishcloths. And it would have been nice to have a bath rug or floor towel in the main bath. The home has a great layout and is tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. There is a nice patio in the backyard, which we shared with a family of quail. :) We did not use the outdoor community pool & hot tub, but viewed it when walking around the neighborhood and it looks nice. There are a couple of trails meandering through the neighborhood, too. The home is located next to Cottonwood's small airport, but noise was not a problem. The description and photos are accurate. The ONLY thing that bugged me was all the extra fees that VRBO and the management company added to the rental rate which made it more expensive than it initially looks when comparing daily rates from one company to another. We would happily stay there again.
