Welcome to Hollywood Haven, your charming Oak Island getaway, just a 7–10 minute stroll from the beach. This cozy 2-bedroom retreat blends vintage Hollywood style with modern comfort—perfect for a relaxing coastal escape.

Enjoy a private entrance with bistro seating and a lovely stone pathway, with roses welcoming you upon arrival. Inside, you'll find a king bedroom with a 55” smart TV and a queen bedroom with a 32” smart TV. Each bedroom has its own thermostat and ceiling fan for personalized comfort. The home features a full bath with a stand-up shower, a cozy sitting area, and a well-equipped kitchenette, including a full-size fridge, microwave, double countertop cooktop, drip coffee maker, and Keurig.

After a day at the beach, relax in the shared fenced backyard or rinse off in the outdoor shower. Beach chairs and a wagon are provided for easy beach trips.

This private guest space is attached to a larger home, with a separate upstairs residence that may be occupied during your stay. The driveway and yard are shared, and parking is available for up to 2 vehicles on the left side of the driveway.

Host was fabulous. Plenty of towels and linens provided. Outdoor shower very useful. Love that dog area. Perfect little place for a couples get away or for girls weekend. Location was away from middle of town, but close enough to enjoy everything. I would stay again

Nice place for a couple and dogs. There is an extra bedroom but the unit is a bit on small side for four adults unless you stay out. For us it was just right. Nice quiet neighborhood. It is walking distance to beach as well. Owner was easy to deal with and price was very reasonable.

It was a charming condo close to the beach. The host was very nice and responded quickly. We certainly enjoyed our stay and will plan on coming back.

We had such a great stay at Hollywood Haven! The space was a cozy two-bedroom lower-level home that was very clean, organized, and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was an amazing value for the price.One of the biggest highlights for us was how pet-friendly the property was. Having a fully enclosed backyard where our dog could safely go outside was incredibly convenient and made traveling with a pup so much easier. The location was also great—just a short drive to the beach, while still being quiet and relaxing. Between the cleanliness, pet-friendly setup, convenient location, and super affordable price, we really couldn’t have asked for more.We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back again! Highly recommend, especially if you’re traveling with a dog!

Check in was super easy and the host provided all need information and great tips on the area. This is just a lovely place to stay. The decor is so charming and even better than the photos. We loved the huge shower and so many touches like hooks in the closet for coats and other items. Amazing beds and one of the cleanest places I have stayed. When we checked out and gathered sheets, we realized all items were encased which is wonderful as I am always concerned about things being clean. The decor just makes you have a positive vibe!

Location was great and very quiet. The unit was very clean.Easy access to the beach and not too far from the grocery store. Only difficulty was finding space for the pack and play for the baby to sleep in. There was a lot of furniture in the unit and not much space to move around. Other than that, we had a very nice comfortable stay

Host was nice and changed day of reservation but house was not clean. Dirty glasses in the cabinet, white pet hair on the pillowcases in the smaller bedroom, tv did not work in the small bedroom, bedroom floor was dirty and there was no bath soap to take a shower

This place was perfect for us. It was uniquely and beautifully decorated. It had a well thought out plan to meet your needs and very quiet. It was extremely clean and even smelled very nice. Great cooling system. It was on the ground level with no steps, and we never heard a sound from the upstairs level. It was convenient to the beach, about a 10 minute walk. Bottom line, I would highly recommend this place and definitely would stay there again. The host is totally kind and awesome, being very helpful and responds quickly. Beautiful place.

This sweet little place was so well done, and you can tell a lot of thought and effort went into the decor. That said, at times the decor took priority over functionality — nearly every surface was covered with decorative pieces, leaving guests with almost nowhere to set things down.It's a great fit for a one- or two-night stay, but a full week presented a couple of challenges. There wasn't a good place to hang wet bath towels, beach towels, or swimsuits to dry. Host suggested hanging them over the outside fence, but for a family of four, the fence just didn't offer enough space. The lovely antique dressers in each bedroom also only provided one drawer apiece — fine for a short stay, but not enough to store a week's worth of clothes for a family of four.It's only with great care that I offer a few additional suggestions that might make your wonderful place even better for guests:1. A collapsible dish drainer2. Rugs by the entry door inside, to catch sand before it migrates to the rest of the living space3. Small rugs on each side of the beds, to wipe feet on before tucking them under the covers4. A shelf or two above the toilet for toiletry bags5. A hook on the inside of the bathroom door to hang a robe or clothes while showering, instead of stacking things on the toilet seat6. A small shower rug to step on when getting out of the shower7. Body soap in both showers

This property was amazing for our beach trip. It is close to the beach, and the best part was there was a wagon, chairs, and coolers to take to the beach. There were lots of towels and everything we needed to be comfortable. It was a perfect place to stay and relax and enjoy their beautiful beach. We really enjoyed our time here.

Super clean, Alice responded very quickly to any questions we had! It was the perfect distance to everything! We are super familiar with OKI and were able to get everywhere we wanted in 10 minutes or less. The place was super clean and well stocked with supplies, and it was cozy and comfy. We have zero complaints!
