This apartment was perfect for our trip- two leisurely nights in Asheville for friends traveling to KY. The property was excellently appointed with everything one could need. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet and safe. Conveniently close to downtown and popular grocery stores. We even saw a fabulous Shakespeare play in the nearby Montford park.We highly recommend this property! Thank you for hosting!

This is a lovely apartment on the bottom floor of a house (converted garage). There are two very large bedrooms with king size beds. One bedroom is just off the living room and has barn doors to close it off. It is also close to the front door so if you are sensitive to noise and/or light, you may want to choose the back bedroom. That said, it is a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood! We loved being able to walk to coffee, restaurants, UNC campus, and botanical garden. The living room area is cozy with a sofa sleeper, TV, etc. It doesn't have a full kitchen but there is a sink, under cabinet refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, plates, cups and utensils. There is a small hightop area to eat. It's well stocked! The bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower. All rooms have their own A/C. There is a dehumidifier. The property doesn't have laundry but has lots of extras: large closet space, diffuser, air purifier, yoga mats - they've thought of everything. This was a deal for a two bedroom in a great location. I'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful apartment that is a 15 minute walk (4 minute drive) from downtown Asheville. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, plenty of extra blankets and towels. The second bedroom is down the hall so there would be privacy if it was used. The host has been helpful and extremely responsive. I couldn't have asked for more.

Clean, quick and easy check in and check out! Provided fresh linens, shampoo/conditioner/body wash! We didn’t even have to strip beds or take out trash for checking out (just place trash in trash cans)! Host was friendly, attentive, and quick to reply!

It looks like the pictures. Lots of space for a family. 3 televisions and bedrooms are private. This is a basement apartment. Someone lives above, and they make a lot of noise.

Great spot close to downtown

Great spot with three sleeping options in close proximity to downtown. Clean and cozy with off street parking for two cars. No kitchen, but we were planning to eat out each night, and that situation is identified in the description. Would stay again.

Business trip

I was in Asheville on business. This property is conveniently located near downtown and the arts district without the associated noise and parking issues. Very reasonably priced compared to downtown hotels.
