4 twin trifold floor mats w/ extra linens and pillows (best suited for children) are provided; rollaway twin beds can be rented, in lieu of floor mats, if desired. Make arrangements in advance to ensure availability and delivery in time for your arrival.
LINENS:
All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee and are attractively installed.
LAUNDRY:
Shared laundry facilities located along side walkway laundry room. Bring your own laundry supplies and quarters.
PARKING:
The ground floor residence has 2 designated outdoor driveway spaces provided. The driveway fits most vehicle sizes, and is located along the inland side of property building. The 2nd floor residence has 1 designated parking space provided in a shared double garage. Fits mid-size/minivan vehicles - no SUV's due to low overhead clearance. General neighborhood street parking (metered and non-metered) can also be utilized.
LOCATION:
Easy walking distance to the Newport Pier area, complete with restaurants, shops, sight-seeing, recreation and more! Other nearby establishments within 2 short blocks: major grocery store, banks, eateries, coffee, and more shopping opportunities at the waterfront Lido Marina Village! Dogs may be allowed with prior Manager approval. Restrictions on number, size, and breed apply, and a non-refundable pet fee will be charged.
