The elevator is spacious and new. This condo does NOT have a balcony or view of the Gulf but the building is directly on the beach.

Smoking and pets are NOT allowed on the property per condo association rules.

My father purchased this place in the 1980’s. After his death we couldn’t part with it so we decided to keep it and rent it out when we are not using it ourselves.

This is a very quiet town. The perfect place to kick back and relax. Sunsets over the gulf never get old, they get more beautiful every time you watch one.

The people here are very nice. We have a private beach entrance so only guests can stay in front of our condo and enjoy the beach.
