Charming, spacious 1 bedroom (2 queen beds), 1 bathroom Gulf front unit with spectacular ocean views. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and dolphin watching from your private 17 foot balcony. Take long walks on the white powdery sand, or sit out and enjoy views from the heated pool. You will be minutes away from many attractions, including John's Pass and Boardwalk, water park, mini-golfing, Calidisi island, fishing, boating, water adventures, restaurants and bars. Enjoy the evolution of Florida's Gulf history while you drive up and down Gulf Blvd with your personal car, or while riding the trolley bus.

Two Queen size beds located in master bedroom with large walk in closet complete with dryer for wet suits and towels. Custom Crate and Barrel Queen Slipcovered Sleeper Sofa And matching twin sleeper present in large living area. . Pack and play with mattress, high chair and stroller available upon request.
Enjoy complimentary wifi and cable . Televisions located in both living area and bedroom. DVD player and board games as well as books from several authors present. Beach Chairs and sand toys located in walk-in closet. Iron and Board also located there. Many beach towels for your family available. Charming, comfortable, beautiful views, had what we needed to go to the beach (with kids too) Sandy was kind and quick to communicate when we had questions. Definitely recommend staying here!

The condo was clean and as described. The best part was the balcony and view of the beach and Gulf. The balcony is large and has a table with 4 chairs, as well as a couch with ottomans. The sunsets were stunning! And it is a very short walk to the beach.The kitchen had everything needed for our long weekend. My only suggestion would be to add a cabinet or bakers rack to store dry food.After renting many condos in the area over the years, I have to say that this one is my favorite. We will definitely be back!

Nicely decorated and supplied condo unit. Beautiful sunsets with easy access to the beach. Lots of shells in the sand so wear waterproof flip flops. We loved our stay!!The unit has an umbrella and 2 beach chairs. There is rental for 2 chaise and umbrella for 40 day.

We, absolutely, love this condo. Would be lucky to get a reservation again in the future. The view from the balcony was perfect. So beautiful annd relaxing. Easy access to the beach. The local community, owners and/or renters were real friendly. The condo space itself was in immaculate condition. The owner goes well out of her way to provide nice hand written instructions on the dryer and main room tv. Anything you ever think you need in a kitchen for a temp stay is there. Even a whisk! A/c unit has no problem keeping the space cool. Just a wonderful experience. Plenty of local restaurants and bars within walking distance. Only a short drive from pharmacies and grocery stores inland. I can’t say enough good things. 100% recommended.

My wife and her Mother really enjoyed the short stay. The view from the balcony was amazing. Condo was nicely decorated with many new or updated items. The host, Sarah was very fast to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this condo.

This was the perfect place to stay for a girls weekend away. The condo was clean and comfortable. It has a stocked kitchen, games to play, books to read, beach chairs and toys and more. The balcony was large enough to have a table set and sofa which was perfect for eating breakfast while watching the sun come up, and relaxing after a full day on the beach, watching the sun set and star gaze. This condo is literally steps to the beach, but if you choose not to beach it, there was also a nice pool attached to the facility. If you Uber to the location, there are plenty of restaurants, ice cream/coffee shops within walking distance. If you have a car, everything you need is within 4-5 miles down the main road. Host was also very helpful, easy to contact, quick to respond, and a pleasure to work with. Have stayed in this area a number of times and this condo is at the top of the list. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at this beachfront condo! It was clean, comfortable, and footsteps to the water. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot

The balcony was an amazing space with a comfy couch, pub table, and stunning view of the ocean. The property was clean and well equipped for a one week stay!

Very peaceful and quiet

Everything you need to have a great vacation is in the room with the beautiful sunsets and listening to the ocean. Location puts you within distance of seeing so many cities and different beaches.

Beautiful stay!

Very nice condo in a good location! Condo was very clean and had all necessities for our entire stay! We really liked that there was an umbrella, cooler and beach toys for the kids! We would definitely stay here again!
