Escape to our modern and cozy studio apartment located in the heart of Isla Verde, San Juan—one of the safest and most vibrant tourist areas in the city. Just an 8-minute walk from the beach and a few steps from a 24/7 supermarket, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips. The apartment is also just minutes away from top-rated casinos, restaurants, bars, and nightlife, all accessible by foot or a short Uber ride.
The studio features a comfortable queen bed with fresh linens and a closet for storage. There's also a full-size sofa bed in the living area, perfect for an additional guest. You'll find a full bathroom with hot water and towels provided. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, cookware, utensils, dishes, and cups—ready for you to prepare meals if you choose to cook during your stay. The apartment also includes fast Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning units, a hair dryer, an iron, and an ironing board.
For beach days, we provide towels, chairs, and portable coolers so you can enjoy Isla Verde’s beautiful coastline in comfort. Parking is available on the property, and the area is known for being safe, walkable, and friendly for tourists.
