Great location

Great spot. Easy access to the shuttle and gondola as well as ski back on the 4 O'clock trail.

Great Stay!

The place was very clean and had all the items we needed. They also included a book of things to do while in Breckenridge which was very helpful!

We had a great stay

We were in town for a quick 1-night trip. The property was exactly what we needed. We did a lot of bike riding, shopping and dining in the area. Property and complex is quiet and well-kept. The unit is perfect size for a short stay for 2 people.

Great location

Great location to stay in Breck! Close to skiing and 2 blocks from main. The TV is very small and the cable was bad, but that is our only complaint. Very clean and nice.

Loved it!

Loved it! Close to the Snowflake lift. Could definitely use a bit bigger tv than 19in though. Great place for 2 people!

Great location

Nicely located, the place offers a 5min access to all important places in Breckenridge, ski lift, Main Street, gondola, stores… It’s quite a bit small so staying with 2 kids was challenging. Don’t expect too much of a kitchen. Overall, great recommendation for a couple that wants to ski and have a food outside checking out great local restaurants.

Great little place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place to stay when in Breck! Walking distance to Snowflake lift. Five minute walk to downtown. 10/10 would stay there again!

Prime location

Great to be able to ski right to the property after a long day on the slopes. The unit is tiny but served me and my son well. Would be pretty crowded with any more

Cozy property

Condo was in a great location! Very clean and had all the necessary items needed. Only drawback is you pay a cleaning fee but never get clean towels and you have to take your own garbage out at the end of your stay. Cleaning fee is quite large when requiring guests to do these things.

Great location, meager room

The property was great, with a nice central lodge and two outdoor hot tubs.Each unit on the property seems to be different, and this unit had not been updated in a while. Bad lighting, 13 inch tv....Def a good location, but still needed to drive to lost restaurants and shopping.

Its kind of a funky little place. I stayed there with my son. Had our whole family of four been there, I don't think we would have fit.. It's clean, convenient, and easy parking. WiFi password didn't work. Tried it a few times on different devices.

Quick Visit

The location was very good to catch the bus or walk to town. The condo was a bit dated and NO electrical outlet in the bathroom. Only outlet in bedroom behind the headboard. Wonderful dishes and glassware but pans and cooking utensil bare and dated in this unit.

Good location and price

It is a good basic room/setup for your ski adventure. Good location and you have enough basic supplies to cook your own meal or take a short walk to a restaurant. My only gripe is the 16” tv - seriously it cant be much more than $100 these days to buy a 30”+ tv. Given how much time you spend in your room on a ski trip it would be nice to have a bigger tv. Other than that m, we liked the place.
