Convenient location for us, very clean and private, quiet. We appreciate the parking space. Kitchen had everything we needed.

My second time staying in this Vrbo. Everything was great except the WiFi barely worked. Also, the hot water from the shower would fluctuate on its own which made It hard to stay warm. Besides that, still enjoyed my stay.

We are disappointed to see your ratings and comments. We made an exception to allow you a late checkout as per your request. But you exceeded even that extended time. We are always available to address any concerns immediately but you never mentioned anything during your stay.

Very nicely furnished with impressive kitchen appliances. Good craftsmanship of remodel. Great to have off-street parking dedicated space.

Space was tiny but clean and nicely organized. I enjoyed the prompt communication with the host. Overall my bf and I enjoyed our stay.

This was perfectly as described. Very clean and cute. Tiny apartment perfect for 1 or 2 people. The bus stop was right out front. Everything was great, highly recommend.

This apartment was a perfect location from which to explore the DC area. The bus stop to the Federal Triangle is right in front of the house, and with a SmarTrip bus pass, we were easily able to explore the area and make connections with trains to other areas.The rooms were clean and neat and the kitchen and bathroom were well supplied. Having a dishwasher was a big plus, and the washer and dryer did a good job, although the cycle took several hours for a load.The off street parking was one big reason we chose this location, and it was exactly what we hoped for. It was secluded on not visible from the street.Our host was responsive. and friendly, and we felt welcome. We would use this place again if we're back in DC for another visit.

This unit has an excellent location to the downtown Washington, DC area. It took about 20-30 minutes to drive into the main part of DC. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. The neighbors were kind. We did truly appreciate having a specific parking spot. Be sure to follow the directions they give for parking, it makes more sense, when you are there. The apartment was nice overall. The bed was very firm and low to the floor. We did buy a mattress pillow topper, before sleeping the second night. I do know that some people like a very firm bed. The bedding was clean.
