Enjoyable

The property was good. The dishwasher did not work, but that was ok. We were there when it was "chilly", it would have been nice to have a blanket. It is noisy, between the traffic and the ocean. Also, hints for beaches would have helped.

Beautiful location

We had a lovely weeklong stay. Everything was well appointed and it was a quiet (neighboring units) complex. One thing to consider, during the winter, the surf is a bit more rough and may be noisier than expected. Enjoyed walking to the local shops and restaurants. Truly a good location for seeing the whole island. Thank you!

Holiday treat

Great location, amenities as advertised. Stayed with family and two young kids slept on fold out bed. Nice having laundry in unit so we didn’t have to pack a ton of clothes. Great central location on the island.

Restful getaway

Peaceful and serene, this area is easily accessible to Lihue, Princeville and Poipu. There are good restaurants all around and Kapaa is full of kitschy shops and sights.

Too hot

We misunderstood the a/c conditions at the unit. A/c was only in the bedroom. The rest of the unit was uncomfortably hot….with no breeze even with the windows wide open. The only saving grace was really good ceiling fans in the living and also the bedroom. We also found a floor box fan that helped to keep the bathroom cooler. All of that said, the view was beautiful.

On the beach

Great location just above Lihue - easy to explore both sides of the island. Close to shopping, restaurants, and tons of beaches. Simple, clean condo and everything works. Very nice pool and pool area to relax. Views of the ocean and constant sounds of the waves were fantastic.

Quiet, Peaceful, Lovely

Enjoyed our stay 10/10. Great location to go both North or South shore if you want. Beautiful pool, very clean but no hot tub. There is some construction going on across the street that we could hear during one of our rest days during the week. It wasn't bad by any means, some road noise but also not bad at all. Zero noise from other guest, quiet location. The ocean waves are much louder crashing onto the coast you can hear throughout the condo when leaving the back doors open. I enjoyed the wave sounds very much. Other then that nothing but good things to say and would be very happy to stay here again.

Awesome View

The property is a short drive from the airport with great views along the way. The views only get better when you look out the balcony. You could reach the ocean with a rock if you wanted to. Restaurants and shops are walking distance or a short car ride away.

Very nice stay

Property could use some TLC, but overall pretty nice. Our only real complaint is the traffice noice. Major road that makes sleeping tough at times. The unit is centrally located to things to see and lanai view is awesome.

Kauai at its best

Great location close to airport and many local places to eat. 3 flights of stairs clearly in description so not a surprise. Self check in. Parking easy. AC in bedroom worked great . Windows and patio doors open in living area let in a breeze but it was not cool air. Fans in living room and bathroom a great help. Washer and dryer a bonus. Plenty of supplies to run dishwasher, wash dishes and washing machine a plus . Plenty of beach extras chairs towels came in very handy. A great stay for the 3 of us for 6 days. View was amazing we even saw a sea turtle from the balcony . Pool was also clean and beautiful landscaping . 100 % recommend

Amazing Rental!

We had the best time staying at this rental. The location is perfect and not too far to do day drives to the north or south part of the island and is walking distance to a shopping/restaurant area plus the beach! The rental included some beach supplies which were much appreciated! The AC in the bedroom was perfect with the high humidity and heat so we got a comfy nights rest each night. Highly recommend!

Nice place

The view was beautiful! The apartment has everything you need plus beach gear. However, it is pretty warm in general due to lack of breeze even with patio doors open. There is a nice AC unit in the bedroom that keeps you cool at night. Grills are in pretty rough shape and I only got one of them to turn on. The pool is beautiful but in the back of the building so no ocean views. Beach is also nice but not maintained, lots of driftwood. The old coco palms resort is nearby and very abandoned/run down. Overall happy with our stay but next time will probably spend a little more on something a little further north. Staff was amazing and on the ball.

First time visiting Hawaii and we really loved this location. Close to beaches and restaurants. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. No complaints and would definitely stay here again
