The space was very clean upon arrival. The hosts were very interactive especially with activities on the island or check in/check out requirements, which was a big plus for our first time visiting. The view was amazing! But one of the best parts was being able to hear the waves crashing all day and night. Very relaxing and really close to food and local shops. Definitely recommend if you want to relax on vacation with a few tours mixed in! This rental is about a 5 minute walk from Kayak Wailua!

We had a perfect stay! The view from the lanai was breathtaking. We spent 3 hours every morning enjoying g the sound of the waves and spectacular view. The condo was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed to enjoy our morning coffee and visits to the beach. Thank you for making our stay on beautiful Kaua’i absolutely wonderful!

Beautiful ocean view — although a main road was close by, you didn’t really hear it or notice it. It was easy to get around from this location. The condo was very adequately stocked, everything was super clean — excellent stay.

Beautiful view from the lanai! I loved the proximity of the ocean. The highway is nearby as well, but the ocean sounds covered the noise . The bed was comfortable and the kitchen more than adequate for our needs. Great central location for trips to Waimea Canyon, North Shore, Poipu, and Kapaa. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

The condo is perfect for two. Location is great. Everything you need is here, except body lotion.Start up coffee, condiments. Bed comfy and bathroom good.

Condo had everything we needed. Would be nice to have airconditioning in the entire condo. Beautiful sunrises. We liked the convenience of being midway between Princeville and the south.

Great location, but the stay had multiple issues. The kitchen had an unresolved ant problem, and while moldy curtains and unsafe cabinets were fixed after reporting, overall cleanliness was lacking, including a dirty dryer. For the high price, the condition did not meet expectations and a cleaner hotel would have been a better value.

It is a great location. And sorry you felt it did not meet your standards. We addressed all issues that you mentioned during your visit. Ants are part of the tropics and the condos are sprayed quarterly and ant spray also available for you to use during your stay. We hope you enjoyed Kauai and have a safe trip home. Great view and central location on the island was a plus!

The view was fantastic and we liked the location which made it easy to visit all areas of the island with ease. The complex was quiet and well maintained. We would stay here again!

Family Vacation

Great stay. Kids loved the pool and the condo was nice and well stocked. Older than it looks in the pictures, but still a good place to stay regardless.

Restful getaway

Peaceful and serene, this area is easily accessible to Lihue, Princeville and Poipu. There are good restaurants all around and Kapaa is full of kitschy shops and sights.

This was the first time we stayed in a Verbo. It was better than we expected. Had a family death and had to leave 3 days early, they refunded me immediately. We will book the exact location if we come back to Kauai.
