Great ocean view with a nice big balcony. Loved having the ease of keyless entry when you’ve been driving all day. The decor was very nice. The kitchen has all you need.

Cannot allow myself to leave a good review. While the place was acceptable upon arrival...the trip went south as the ceiling fan in the master bedroom detached from the ceiling and fell onto the lower half of my body, causing a left leg injury. They provided a refund of one night which I do not feel was an acceptable response given the discomfort experienced during and after the incident. Leading to missed time from work upon return from vacation. This could have caused a much greater injury or even death had it landed on someone's head. They're direct quote was "Unfortunately, things sometimes happen beyond anyone's control." I wonder if that would be their stance had it been themselves or one of their loved ones. Repair of the fan left metal shavings on the bed and we were forced to spend the last evening sleeping on the couch. This issue, along with tight parking in the garage, and elevator issues made this vacation the furthest thing we were hoping for. If you value yours, or your loved ones safety and well being, I would strongly recommend looking for one of the numerous other options that are available in PCB.

Hi, Michael. As previously discussed, we are sincerely sorry this incident occurred. It's important to note, we did not install the ceiling fan, nor was there any indication of it being unstable prior to your arrival. As soon as we were made aware of the situation, we sent our maintenance team (the same morning) to remove the fallen fan and install a brand new one. We then sent housekeeping by to completely change all of the bed linens and clean the floors, as well as offer you a free night, which was over $400 in total. While things absolutely can and do occur that are out of anyone's control, such as this, and all we can do is try to make it right. We pride ourselves for our quick response time and communication with our guests, and we are sorry you felt like we owed you more.

It's on the quiter end of panama city which we like. The condo had everything we needed. Veiw from balcony was great. Beach chairs and umbrellas were nice we had enough for everyone in our party. Mike's oyster bar is in walking distance and its always good. We would stay again.
