We had an amazing time at Lake Martin. The house, fire pit, kayaks and 2 story dock were just perfect. The view and quiet cove was very relaxing. We are ready to go back!

Amazing house and property! The dock is where we spent most of our time. This place had everything we needed, we would definitely book here again. We also really enjoyed how calm this end of the lake is on a holiday weekend!

The house was very clean and accommodating. Kara was an awesome host! She was very friendly and helpful. She answered my questions very quickly and was always available. We stayed over 4th of July weekend and had a blast swimming and jumping off the dock. The fishing was great from the dock, tip we used live worms and had a bite almost every cast ! We also rented a boat from the host and had a great time on the water. A service and location!

Our family had a wonderful time at this gorgeous property! The lot was stunning and the dock was incredible. The house is beautiful, with lake views everywhere you look. It was clean and very comfortable. I really enjoyed my mornings sitting on the covered lakefront porch with my coffee, watching the fish jump and the squirrels play. Although I brought a bunch of cooking utensils and supplies, the kitchen was very well furnished. I think the only thing I didn’t bring and couldn’t find was a potato peeler, but it was probably there somewhere. LOLI loved all the trees but they create a tough environment for upkeep so there are a few areas that need a bit of TLC, especially the one rotten board on top of the lakefront steps.

Thank you for your review. I am happy you had a great time. We actually have a company hired to do repairs on the seawall and to the steps into the water from the land. The dock is brand new, and there are no slip steps into t he lake. We hope to have you back again.

We had an amazing stay at this Lake Martin home. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Our kids spent long lake days on the dock; jumping, swimming, fishing, and enjoying much needed family time. House was nestled in a great cove, where the kids could also enjoy kayaking without fear of boat traffic, but of course staying vigilant. The kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our family of 10 guests. Perfect for 4 kids and 6 adults! Our host Kara was very responsive via email and text. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Lake Martin. Only wish we could have stayed longer.
