Inside, the open concept living area brings the beach right into view. A comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, and direct patio access make it a great place to unwind after a day outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for meals, including a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave, along with cookware and dining essentials.

For added convenience, a washer and dryer are included!

When it’s time to recharge, the king bedroom offers privacy and comfort with its own TV. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

**Construction Notice**
Crystal Sands is scheduled to undergo exterior waterproofing, painting, and other property improvements beginning on or before November 1, 2026, with work expected to last approximately 3–4 months, weather permitting. While the pool and most parking areas are open, guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise, minor visual impact, and temporary restrictions to balconies, walkways, floors, common areas, or unit access. Project schedules and affected areas are subject to change.
