Very comfortable and well looked after. It’s cozy and perfect for one or two people. The driveway is very steep and so challenging for a senior. Lovely surroundings but need a car as itIs a hike to the main road/beach. The host sent me directions for a short cut but never did find it.

My partner and I stayed here for a week and had a great time. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Super easy to get into town for dinner and exploring, and the location is great. Host was great to work with too. Would definitely stay again!

The cottage was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Kona. We so appreciated the convenience to the beach, the communication regarding check-in and check-out, and the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Amazing location and great hosts! The space was clean and perfect with extra accommodations for people traveling. We had access to their water toys/ beach items/ sunscreen. It was a comfortable and relaxing spot with privacy and walkability to the beaches and dining options.

Beautiful peaceful cottage!

This cottage was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I appreciated the provided beach gear and beach towels. There was also a shared laundry room that was put to good use during our stay. Our host April was communicative and responsive, and also super friendly. Check-in and check-out was very easy and instructions were clear. Highly recommend staying here!

Peaceful

So peaceful, and yet a five minute walk to the beach (and to a decent restaurant!). Great responsiveness from our host. The guest house has everything we wanted - perfect for a week in Kona.

Best of the Big Island

What a wonderful stay. House was so well stocked and comfortable. Easy to get around, peaceful at night, a perfect place to stay on the Big island Will definitely return to both the house and the island

The host (April) sent a warm welcome email and everything was as advertised. Nice cottage, private and easy access to get around big island. Recommended stay.

Quiet but easy to get to.

Walking distance to beach and restaurant. Awesome outdoor lanai with a great grill. Easy to eat at cottage. Very pleasant setting.

Super nice cottage only a 5 min walk away from the beach! Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Super friendly host! Would come back anytime!

Lovely cottage

Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. Even though it’s in a neighborhood, the cottage backs up to a bit of open space so it has a sense of privacy.

Fantastic getaway and lovely location

We stayed for 6 days, and it was perfect for us. It was a quick walk to a lovely location to watch experienced boarders and the sunset. And a quick drive to a perfect swimming and snorkeling beach. The cottage had all the amenities we needed to enjoy the beach. Host April was welcoming and gave us great recommendations. We truly appreciated the quiet while being close to Kona area activities. A perfect location to combine a beach and hiking vacation.

Incredible location and convenience

Don't miss this property! Perfect for solo travelers and couples, or friends if one is willing to sleep on the comfortably firm couch. Everything you need and centrally located to reach South and North Kona destinations. Easy rinseoff and drying for gear for snorkelers.
