What a quaint studio this was! Everything in the home fit me and my husband perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials, especially coffee. Our favorite part of the home was the little patio where we could people watch and get a view of the mountains. We were only a half a block from old Colorado city, really close to the ice cream shop. The home was perfectly located. Denver was about an hour away, Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs just a hop, skip and a jump from our door.Ivan was a wonderful host, he answered all of our questions in a quick manner and was friendly. We would definitely stay here again. 10/10!

Ivan was very easy to communicate with, got back as soon as we needed him. Loved where apartment was located. So close to everything. Shops, restaurants were a step away. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

This property was very nicely decorated & overall I enjoyed what the host created with this rental. However, I do think that the City should be contacted about the driveway. We were in a low riding vehicle & could not actually park. Entrance from one end was so steep that the car would get scraped if we attempted to drive up. You can access the parking from the other side; however, there are MASSIVE ruts in the driveway from that end. Our car started bottoming out & getting scraped when we tried to enter from that end as well. Finally we gave up & found parking down the road on the street. It was a bit frustrating. The only other thing that would be good to address about this property is that there are no room darkening curtains. There are blinds, but they are not effective at blocking the morning sunlight. The host should add some curtains to the windows so that guests can sleep past sun up if they would like. Otherwise, I enjoyed the property. It is within walking distance of a great coffee shop called "Jives", an adorable ice cream shop, & a lovely Greek restaurant. Other shops & restaurants line the same street as well. Cog Railway & Manitou Springs are about 12 minutes away. Lovely location & a cute rental property.
