Bella Vista 105 is an upscale three bedroom, three and a half bath bayfront condominium located midtown on 46th street in Ocean City, and only one block from the beach - the ideal setting for an unforgettable vacation. Luxury, comfort and beautiful sunsets are just a few of the sought after features of this unique and spacious property. You can't help but feel right at home in the open concept layout which includes a bright and airy living room, large dining space and fully equipped kitchen granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Gorgeous hand-painted mural and modern tech features can be found throughout, such as free high speed WIFI access, smart TVs/DVDs in the living room and all bedrooms, blow dryers in all baths, and even motion sensor lights in the bathrooms for your convenience. The owner keeps a beach cart with chairs and an umbrella for guests who want to utilize them. A generously sized, west facing balcony gives an unobscured view of the bay and is ideal for relaxing with a drink, watching the boats and taking in sunsets. On a lazy day when packing up and lugging everything to the beach isn't desirable, guests can relax at one of the exclusive pools, either indoor or outdoor. Bella Vista is conveniently located just a little over a block away from the beach and within walking distance of dozens of hot spots, including Seacrets, Dumsers Dairyland and Tap House, plus Kayak, Jet Ski and Paddle Board rentals, miniature golf, and bus stops are within walking distance. Don't overlook it's proximity to the OC Convention Center which host hundreds of events throughout the year. Accommodating up to eight guests, bed sizes include two kings, one double and two single beds (bunk beds). Guests must supply paper goods and soaps, but sheets and towels are provided by the owner! This owner also offers a $50 discount on a weekly rental for our military guests. Property rents Saturday-Saturday.
Non-smoking/Vaping. No Pets Please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Worth Every Penny

We have been staying in ocean city every year for almost 20 years. This was bar none one of the most Beautifulest places we ever stayed at.

We have stayed in so many places in OC and this was one of the best. The condo has great amenities, was well stocked in the kitchen, beautiful decor and we loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. We would love to book again, but didn’t see availability open for next year. Hopefully that will change as we would really like to enjoy those bayside sunsets again.

Wonderful Week

Great condo! We usually stay across the street but changed weeks for this year's vacation and our normal place wasn't available. We found this unit and were glad we did! It was very clean and extremely well cared for. The kitchen had everything we needed, but not cluttered with stuff like some places can be. Beds and furniture were all very comfortable. We loved the pool and even used the grill down there one night for a cook-out. The porch is amazing for watching sunsets! I highly recommend this unit to anyone. We might be back next year :)

Beautiful bay front condo!

This condo was amazing. It was accessible to all of our favorite places. The floor plan was accommodating to all of our needs. The decor was top notch. It’s obvious the owners want the only the best fir their renters!

Beautiful property!

Beautiful property! Gorgeous view of the bay! Perfect location to several restaurants, shopping, activities. Decor up to date with extra touches! However, Check in process was outdated. There should be no reason to check in at the Central Reservations just to receive the codes to get into the property and parking passes. I feel they could be sent to us through email and parking passes could be left in condo. Other then that, perfect location and condo! Would rent it again.

Great place to stay

The condo was very nice and the view of the bay was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay and watching the sunsets in the evening. It was also a great location. We had some issues with the keypad to get in but the property manager was very accommodating and resolved our issues quickly. We’d love to stay there again in the future.

Beautiful location and property!

We’ve been going to OCMD for the last 12 years and have stayed at a property very close to this one but due to circumstances beyond our control, we were unable to stay there this year. By luck we found we found this property and we are certainly glad we did! Beautiful condo, great property and gorgeous view!

Beautiful place! We have stayed in other units at Bella Vista and this one by far was the BEST!

We have stayed in Bella Vista building before and this unit is by far the best. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The decor, furniture, beds all met our high expectations. Im so used to bringing all my own things for the kitchen. Coffee maker, grilling tools, crock pots and this unit had all of that. Im extremely picky and want a comfortable stay and this exceeded my expectations which is hard to do. Apon arrival the owner left us a note and salt water taffys. Excellent touch! I loved that the master was in the front and other 2 bedrooms were in the back. Having an 6 month old and 5 year old with us it was nice we could still sit on the balcony and not worry to wake the little ones. Definitely recommend this unit.

Beautiful apartment in midtown OCMD

The apartment was spotless upon arrival and the view of the bay is phenomenal. The owners take real pride in this place and it shows. You won’t regret renting this unit.
