**A Few Important Notes**


ID REQUIREMENTS: All guests must provide a government-issued photo ID at least 24 hours before check-in for building registration. Physical IDs are required for verification upon arrival. Security cannot accept unclear or incomplete photos.

GUEST POLICY: Registered Guests Only, maximum of 5 people including visitors.
Unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited, no exceptions. Anyone not registered will be denied entry. Bringing unauthorized guests, exceeding the occupancy limit, or hosting parties/events will result in immediate eviction, cancellation of the reservation with no refund, and charges for any damages. No parties or events.Ensure IDs for all guests over 18 are submitted before check-in to avoid cancellation.

NO SMOKING POLICY: Smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is strictly prohibited, including in Rooftop area, Violations will result in fines and may impact future stays.

MAIL/PACKAGES: Guests are not permitted to receive mail or packages without prior host approval.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT INFO:

Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior arrangement will incur a $150 fee.

The unit includes access to all amenities such as the pool and gym. Pool hours are 7 AM–10 PM or 7 AM–12 midnight, with a maximum of 4 guests at a time.
